Objective: To study the influence of KAATSU training on the explosive force of lower limbs of excellent young male table tennis players,looking for the relationship between KAATSU training and lower-extremity explosive performance,and to provide some reference for the research on the improvement of KAATSU training methods.Methods: In this study,the literature data method was used to obtain domestic and foreign literature on KAATSU training,which provided a theoretical basis for the experimental design and analysis of this research.Through the experimental method,16 young men’s male athletes of the Chinese table tennis youth team(Level 1 and above)As subjects,they were randomly divided into a KAATSU training group and a control group,each with 8 persons.The KAATSU training group needed to wear a compression belt for explosive power training during the experiment,and the control group for explosive power training.Without wearing any equipment,the study lasted six weeks and three experiments per week.Keiser A420 electronic test system and myotest physical fitness tester were used to test the selected indexes(Real-time maximum work power of lower limb,System predicted maximum work power,SJ,NS-CMJ,standing long jump and 30 m run)before,during and after the experiment,and the data were statistically analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results:(1)After 6 weeks,the standing long jump performance of the KAATSU training group was significantly better than the control group;after 3 weeks of training,the 30 meter run performance of the pressure training group was significantly better than that of the control group;(2)After 6 weeks of training,the SJ and NS-CMJ height of the KAATSU training group were significantly better than the control group;(3)After the end of 6 weeks,Real-time maximum work power of lower limb and System predicted maximum work power of the left and right sides of the KAATSU training group were significantly better than those of the control group;(4)At the end of 6 weeks,the squat maximum strength in the KAATSU training group was significant Better than the control group;after 6 weeks of training,the left and right thigh circumferences of the KAATSU training group increased better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)KAATSU training can enhance the explosive power of the lower limbs of the excellent young male table tennis players in China,so as to improve the real-time maximum work power of the lower limbs,the system prediction maximum work power,SJ height,ns-cmj height,standing long jump and30 meter running results;(2)KAATSU training can improve the maximum strength of the lower limbs of the excellent young male table tennis players in China,and increase the thigh circumference;(3)Under the same load,the effect of KAATSU training is better than that of traditional strength training.
