| Objective: The physical health standard of ordinary college students is one of the standards to measure the national health.In recent years,due to the lack of more space and time for exercise under the influence of the epidemic,the physical quality of ordinary college students is gradually declining,and they often fail in physical fitness tests.Lower limb explosive power is an important component of the running and jumping ability of ordinary college students when they complete the physical fitness test.The increase benefit of lower limb explosive power training can promote the athletic ability and quality of ordinary college students.Therefore,how to improve the physical development level of college students has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the8-week unilateral leg strengthening training and traditional resistance training were carried out on ordinary college students,aiming to study the effect of different intervention training on lower limb explosive power,and the reason for the difference of different effects after unilateral leg strengthening training and traditional resistance training,so as to provide certain theoretical reference and practical basis for ordinary college students lower limb explosive power strengthening training.Methods: In this study,26 ordinary college students from Neijiang Normal University were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into groups for 8 weeks to carry out unilateral leg strengthening training and traditional resistance training.Before and after the experiment,all the subjects were tested by sprint tester for 30 meters sprint running time.Standing long jump tester to test the standing long jump distance;Vertical jump tester to test the vertical height of CMJ and SJ in the air;Run-up touch height tests the maximum height of the run-up touch height.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data obtained from the test,and the average and standard deviation were displayed.Results:(1)Independent sample T test was conducted on the data collected before the experiment,and there was no statistical difference in test scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment,the experimental group 30 meters sprint time,standing long jump distance,CMJ flying height,SJ flying height,the maximum running height(3.97±0.33,2.52±0.12,53.62±3.52,46.08±2.93,3.03± 0.11)and the control group(4.29±0.31,2.43±0.09,50.00±4.80,43.23±3.27,2.92±0.12)Independent sample T test was conducted on the test results of the two groups,and the comparison of test results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)After the experiment,the maximum test results of the 30-meter sprint time,standing long jump distance,CMJ flying height,SJ flying height and running height before the experiment were(4.67±0.22,2.38 ± 0.12,44.92±2.02,40.00±2.86,2.81±0.14)and the test results after the experiment(3.97±0.33,2.52±0.12,53.62±3.52,46.08±2.93,3.03± 0.11).The independent sample T-test analysis within the test data group showed that there were significant differences in the comparison within the experimental group(P < 0.05).(4)After the experiment,the maximum test results of the 30-meter sprint time,standing long jump distance,CMJ flying height,SJ flying height and running touch height before the experiment were compared(4.64±0.39,2.38±0.10,45.62±5.49,40.69±3.35,2.78±0.13)and the test results after the experiment(4.29±0.31,2.43±0.09,50.00±4.80,43.23±3.27,2.92± 0.12).The independent sample T-test analysis within the test data group showed that there were significant differences in the comparison within the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of unilateral leg strengthening intervention training,the experimental data showed an increasing trend by analyzing the four indicators after the experiment,and there was a significant difference,indicating that unilateral leg strengthening intervention can effectively improve the lower limb explosive power of ordinary college students.It shows that the effect of unilateral leg enhancement training on lower extremity explosive force training of ordinary college students is significant and feasible.(2)After 8 weeks of traditional resistance intervention training in the control group,the index test performance data obtained before and after the experiment showed an increasing trend,indicating that traditional resistance training can also have an effective effect on the lower extremity explosive power of ordinary college students,and is still suitable for the selection and application of the development of human explosive power training.(3)After 8 weeks of unilateral leg reinforcement training intervention,the experimental group was better than the control group in field test index performance.It shows that the unilateral leg strengthening training can improve the lower extremity explosive power of ordinary college students better than the conventional resistance strength training,and provides an important reference value for improving the lower extremity explosive power of ordinary college students. |
