| In this study,through different weight-bearing plyometric training for 16-18year-old male adolescents,the effect of different groups of training is compared and analyzed to explore the appropriate loads suitable for this group of people,and provide a reference for effectively improving their lower limb explosive power and athletic performance.This article mainly adopts the experimental method,taking 43 boys of 16-18 years old high school physical training team as the experimental objects,and divides the subjects into the control group A(without weight bearing,n = 9),and the experimental group B(with weight bearing 5% BW,n = 9),Experiment C group(loading 10% BW,n = 9),Experiment D group(loading 15% BW,n = 9)and Experiment E group(loading 20% BW,n = 9),experiment group 9 Weekly(2 times /week)continuous semi-squat jump exercises,except for the different weights of each group,the other arrangements are the same.Before and after the experiment,Smartspeed infrared laser speedometer,Tendo unit speed and explosive force feedback system and other equipment were used to conduct 30-meter running,vertical jump in-place,reverse jump,two-level leapfrog and 100-meter running tests.After the experiment,the experimental data was sorted out,and the effect of the rapid expansion and contraction compound training with different weights on the explosive force of the lower limbs was compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The test data before and after the experiment of the experimental group and the control group have increased to a certain extent.There is a very significant difference between the before and after test data of the 30-meter running,peak speed and 100 meters of the control group A.There is a significant difference between the in-situ vertical jump height and the peak power index data;the experimental group B 30-meter running and in-situ vertical jump There are very significant differences in the data before and after the measurement of the touch height,peak speed,second-level leapfrog and 100 meters,and there are significant differences in the peak power index data;the experimental group C runs 30 meters,the vertical jump touch height and 100 meters,etc.There is a very significant difference between the data before and after the index test.There is a significant difference between the peak speed and the second-level leapfrog index data;there is a very significant difference between the test results of the group D before and after the100-meter test,the 30-meter run and the in-place vertical jump touch high index data There are significant differences;there are significant differences in the test results of group E before and after 100 meters.(2)There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the changes in the index data such as30-meter running,in-place vertical jump,second-level leapfrog,peak power and peak speed(P <0.05).There is no significant difference in the change range of rice index data(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Using 5% BW weight-bearing sand vest for plyometric training has obvious effect on improving the explosive force of lower limbs,followed by 10%weight-bearing BW sand vest for training.(2)The plyometric training under weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing conditions can effectively improve the explosive power of the lower limbs,but the training effect under load-bearing conditions is better than that under non-load-bearing conditions. |
