With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,modern competitive basketball has higher and higher requirements for athletes’ physical level,and the speed of attack and defense rotation in the competition is faster and faster and more intense,which sets a higher goal for basketball players’ physical training.Position vague trend for athletes should not only have strong body to enhance the ability against,and also made high demands for athletes of sensitivity,sensitivity is in the process of game players ability to cope with different situations of rapid response,to have a better sensitivity means that the athletes can better control their own bodies,The ability to make desired movements during competition and training,and to change their movements and body posture in a short time.Adolescent stage shoulds not be too much load strength training,but the teenager athletes is the best time to improve sensitivity,youth basketball athlete’s nerve and vestibular function organs is still in development stage,during adolescence on the corresponding training can promote the perfection of the proprioceptive and improving sensitivity.About improving teenagers sensitivity of physical training is the hot topic in the physical fitness and basketball,among these,unstable core strength training can promote not only the core of adolescent athletes strength,also can improve the athletes’ proprioception ability,so as to improve sensitivity performance,and in line with the smaller,more form,more secure than traditional strength training,It’s more acceptable to teenagers.This paper follows the law of physical and mental growth and development of adolescents,through the implementation of 12 weeks of unstable core strength training intervention.This paper analyzes the effect of unstable core strength training on improving the agility of basketball players,and provides reference for the future research on the application of core stability training in other aspects of basketball.In this paper,with the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,data analysis,experimental method,zhengzhou No.11 middle school basketball team 22 members as experimental objects,divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group received 12 weeks of unstable core strength training,while the control group received traditional strength training.At the end of the experiment,the scores of each indicator were tested again.Finally,the scores of the two groups before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed and processed by SPSS within and between the groups.Conclusions:(1)After 12 weeks of unstable core strength training,the scores of the experimental group in T sensitivity test,Illinois sensitivity test and 5-0-5 sensitivity test were improved,which was statistically significant,and the results of Illinois sensitivity test also showed a very significant improvement.(2)After 12 weeks of traditional strength training,the scores of the control group in T-sensitivity test,Illinois sensitivity test and 5-0-5 sensitivity test were improved,but only the results of 5-0-5 sensitivity test were statistically significant,and there was no significant improvement in the scores of T-sensitivity test and Illinois sensitivity test.(3)Both traditional strength training and unstable core strength training can improve the sensitivity of adolescent basketball players,but unstable core strength training is better than traditional strength training in improving the sensitivity of adolescent basketball players.
