Basketball is a skill-oriented group sport with intense physical confrontation.With the progress and development of science and technology,people’s understanding of basketball continues to improve.With the continuous updating of specialized technical and tactical research,as the basis for athletes to perform well on the field,physical fitness training led by sensitive qualities has gradually been valued.Core strength training,as a training mode emerging in recent years,has been widely used in competitive sports due to its unique training methods.Therefore,this article explores the impact of specialized core strength training on the sensitivity quality of basketball players from the perspective of developing the specific sensitivity quality of basketball players,with a view to providing guidelines and strategies for improving the sensitivity of Chinese basketball players and enhancing their comprehensive athletic performance.Research results: This article selected 26 male basketball team members and team trainers from Chengdu Institute of Physical Education as the experimental subjects,summarized five sensitivity quality testing items through interviews and consultation with experts,and randomly divided them into a control group(8 people),a first experimental group(9 people),and a second experimental group(9 people)based on various data indicators before the experiment.The results of SPSS data analysis showed that the test index data of each group passed the significance difference analysis test before the experiment,indicating that there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The starting conditions before the experiment were met,and the experiment could be conducted.Subsequently,three different types of training were conducted,namely,eight weeks of traditional core strength training,specialized core strength training,and composite core strength training.After the experiment,the sensitivity test indicators were tested again,and the longitudinal(intra group)and transverse(inter group)data were statistically analyzed using SPSS.The experimental results showed that: 1)After experimental intervention,the five sensitivity test indicators in the control group,experimental group 1,and experimental group 2 all improved to varying degrees.After significant analysis,it was found that there was no significant difference in all test indicators in the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the experimental effect was not significant.2)The test indicators of the two experimental groups before and after the experiment have significant differences(P.3)Through horizontal comparison,after the experiment,the scores of the five tests in the experimental group 1 and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05),while the differences between the experimental group 2 and the two were not significant(P>0.05),indicating that special core strength training significantly improved the sensitivity quality.4)According to isometric muscle endurance tests,traditional core strength training significantly improves core muscle strength and muscle endurance in the sagittal plane of the body.5)Composite core strength training significantly improves the absolute core strength and muscle endurance in the sagittal plane of the body.Special core strength training can significantly improve the agility of basketball athletes.Therefore,it is recommended that for athletes with weak core absolute strength and muscle endurance,the combination of basic core strength training and specialized core strength training has a more significant effect. |
