Purpose: This research mainly starts from the practice of sports training. The aim is to explore the difference of the influence of unilateral training of lower limbs with stable surface, unstable surface on basketball strength and conditioning.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of training on the two surfaces,it provides practical references and specific suggestions for athletes and coaches in choosing the ways of strength training. Methods: In this study, experimental methods were used to study basketball students in the School of Education of Beijing Sport University.Twenty students were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,for nine weeks of unilateral lower limb training.Groups A and B performed the same training on stable surface and Pad balance. The exercises used were barbell / dumbbell lunge squats and barbell /dumbbell single-leg deadlifts. Before and after the intervention, the explosive power(standing long jump,CMJ),speed(3/4 court run, full court shuttle run),agility(5-10-5 test, basketball restricted area agility),balance(Single-legged standing with eyes closed, modified BASS test),and flexibility test(sit and reach)were performed. Results : 1.In the stable ground group, the results of single-legged standing with eyes closed, standing long jump,5-10-5 test, and full court shuttle running test scores significantly improved.2.In the Pad balance group, the results of Single-legged standing with eyes closed, modified BASS test, basketball restricted area agility and sit and reach test were significantly improved.3.Pad balance group and the contrast between stable group, two groups of CMJ and 3/4 court had run no significant difference on test scores. The significant differences in other test scores,in the stable court group, the results of standing long jump,5-10-5 agility and full court shuttle running test improved significantly. While in the Pad balance group, the results of single-legged standing with eyes closed, modified BASS test, basketball restricted area agility and sit and reach test improved significantly. Conclusions: 1.Unilateral lower limb strength training with stable surface has significantly improved the basketball player’s explosive power, static stability, ability to accelerate, and change direction at a short distances.2.Unilateral strength training of the lower limbs with unstable interface has significantly improved the balance, lateral movement agility, and flexibility of basketball players.3.The unilateral training of lower limb with stable and unstable interface significantly improved the balance ability and agility ability, but the stable interface had greater influence on the agility ability, and the unstable interface had greater influence on the balance ability.
