In recent years,the research on core forces has focused on the development of muscle strength.People gradually recognize and attach importance to the training of muscle strength in the core area of the human body and the stability training of the human core area and are widely used in strength training.They have achieved good results.effect.According to the characteristics of volleyball and the requirements of the core area of the human body,domestic volleyball coaches are looking for scientific and reasonable methods and means of strength training in the core areas of human power.The main purpose of this paper is to study whether or not the core strength training in an unstable state can also be used as a training method in the daily training of a volleyball player.It is also a way to find a way to improve core strength training.Therefore,this study selected 9-week non-stable state core strength training for students from the Beijing University of Sport Volleyball Men’s Volleyball Class as the experimental subjects,mainly using experimental methods to divide experimental groups into experimental groups.Compared with the control group,after studying the core strength training under non-steady state and the core strength training under steady state,what are the different muscle strength qualities,which are in balance and which muscles are not growing? The experimenter himself participated in the experiment and carefully completed the experiment to let the athletes understand the specific content of the experiment.The experimental design includes: the core strength training for the experimental subjects in the non-steady state,careful supervision of the progress of the core strength training in the experiment,processing and analysis of the data obtained,excluding human interference factors to ensure that the experimental results are true and effective.in conclusion:(1)In the experimental group,after 9 weeks of non-steady state,the core strength training has a certain effect on the increase of the core strength.The effect of maintaining the stable muscle strength of the core muscle group is more obvious,and the strength of the non-steady state can be seen.Training can significantly improve the static strength of the core muscles,and can improve the balance of muscle power on both sides of the left and right limbs.(2)The experimental group had significant effects on the power training of the core muscles,and all indicators showed significant differences.Therefore,the core strength training method under non-steady state can better improve the students’ core strength.(3)The explosive power of the rectus abdominis muscle in the experimental group also significantly increased,and the Ketorai index and body fat rate(lean body weight)increased significantly in physiological indicators.Therefore,it can be seen that the practice in the steady state has also improved the growth of the core force,but the magnitude of the increase is not as obvious as the non-steady state.The increase in strength of other muscle forces does not have a significant increase in strength practice.
