Research Objective: By means of literature,expert interview and Delphi method,unsteady core strength training methods for long jump events are designed and added to existing core strength training methods.Based on previous research theory and practice,we designed a core strength experimental program that is consistent with the long jump program,and carried out a 10-week experimental intervention on the long jump athletes to verify the influence of the designed training methods and programs on the special quality and performance of the long jump athletes.Research methods:Through the method of literature,expert interview and Delphi method,the non-stable and stable combined core strength training methods consistent with the long jump project were designed and screened,and the intervention plan was formed,and experimental research was conducted by experimental method.Sixteen male long jump athletes(all national second-level athletes and above)from Shandong Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects,with 8participants in the experimental group and 8 participants in the control group.Before the experiment,consistency test s were carried out on the basic conditions and related factors of special quality of the athletes in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the test indicators of the athletes in the two groups before the experiment.The control group recei ved stable core strength training,and after 10 weeks of experimental intervention,the test results were analyzed by mathematical statistics.The results of the results: 1.Through intra-group comparison,there was a significant difference of P<0.05 in st anding 40-meter running in the experimental group;P<0.01 in the standing triple jump,5-level single-foot jump,30-meter single-foot jump and long jump between marches showed a very significant difference,although there was no significant difference in the indicators of the control group,but there was a certain degree of improvement compared with before the experiment.2.The data after the experiment of the two groups were compared between groups,and the athletes of the two groups had significant differences in the triple jump(P=0.042<0.05),the 5-level single-legged jump(P=0.037<0.05),and the 30-meter one-foot jump(P=0.031<0.05)between marches,and the long jump performance(P=0.008<0.01)had a very significant difference,and the indicators of the e xperimental group were very significant and significant compared with the control group.Conclusions:1.Unstable core strength has a positive impact on the special quality of long jumpers,among which there are significant differences in standing 40-meter acceleration running,standing triple jump,5-level single-foot jump,30-meter single-foot jump and long jump performance between marches.2.After 10 weeks of experimental intervention,by comparing the growth rates of various indicators before and after the experiment,it can be seen that unstable core strength training has the greatest effect on the 30-meter single-foot jump between long jumpers,and the least impact on the speed of 10 meters after running.
