Research objective: By adding unstable core strength training and stable core strength training into the training arrangement,the influence of core strength training on the swimming performance of young swimmers is studied,so as to enrich the core strength training methods for young swimmers and provide experimental reference for coaches to develop the core strength of young swimmers.Research Methods: In this paper,data method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method was used to study the selection of 24 young swimmers in Taiyuan City randomly divided into three groups,the unstable core strength training group(age:11.13±2.03 years old,height: 155.12±10.41 cm,weight: 42.25±11.74 kg,training years:4.25±1.67 years),stable core strength training group(age: 10.75±1.49 years old,height:153.12±9.61 cm,weight: 38.62±8.45 kg,training years: 4.00±1.31 years)and blank control group(age: 10.50±1.60 years old,height: 149.62± 8.40 cm,weight: 39.12± 10.26 kg,training years: 3.87±1.36 years)swimming performance,stroke frequency,core muscle electromyography index and Grade 8 abdominal bridge test were conducted respectively.According to different designated training programs,8 weeks of different stable core strength training were conducted respectively.Swimming performance,core muscle electromyography index,grade 8 abdominal bridge test and other indexes were conducted.Finally,SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of all the collected experimental data,and differential paired sample T-test was conducted for the performance of adolescent swimmers before and after,core muscle electromyography index,grade 8 abdominal bridge test and other indicators.p < 0.05 was considered significant difference.Research results:The results of 50 m swimming in the non-stable core training group and the stable core strength training group were significantly different from those before training(p < 0.05).The results of 50 m swimming in the three groups after different core strength training showed that the non-stable training group was > stable training group > blank control group.There was a significant difference between the non-stable core training group and the stable core strength training group in the 100 m swimming performance compared with before training(p < 0.05).The change amplitude of the 100 m swimming performance after different core strength training of the three groups showed that the non-stable training group was > the stable training group > the blank control group.There was a significant difference between the unstable core training group and the stable core strength training group before 15 meters underwater butterfly leg performance(p< 0.05).The change range of the butterfly leg performance of the three groups after different core strength training shows that the unstable training group > the stable training group > the blank control group.The results of eighth grade abdominal bridge in the unstable core training group and the stable core strength training group were significantly different from those before training(p < 0.05).The change amplitude of eighth grade abdominal bridge training for different core strength in the three groups showed that the unstable training group was > the stable training group > the blank control group.In the unstable core training group,there were significant differences in the integrated EMG values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus during the flexural bridge exercise compared with before the training(p < 0.05).In the stable core strength training group,there were significant differences in the integrated EMG values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis and left multifidus during the flexural bridge exercise compared with before the training.The change amplitude of integrated EMG value of rectus abdominis,obliquus abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus flexion training after three groups of different core strength training showed that the unstable training group was > stable training group > blank control group.There were significant differences in the integrated EMG values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus lateral Bridges between the unstable core training group and the stable core strength training group(p < 0.05),and the changes in the integrated EMG values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multi-fidus lateral flexus after different core strength training in the three groups showed that.Unstable training group > stable training group > blank control group.There were significant differences in the integrated electromyography values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus in the unstable core training group during the contralateral extension exercise compared with those before the training(p < 0.05).There were significant differences in the integrated EMG values of the right rectus abdominis,right external oblique abdominis,right erector spinus lumbar segment and right multifidus muscle in the stable core strength training group compared with before training(p < 0.05).The change amplitude of the integrated EMG value of lateral extension of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus after training of three groups with different core strength showed that the unstable training group was > stable training group > blank control group.There were significant differences in the integrated electromyography values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus muscle in the unstable core training group during supine leg lift exercise compared with before training(p < 0.05),while there were significant differences in the integrated electromyography values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis and multifidus muscle in the stable core strength training group compared with before training(p < 0.05).After three groups of different core strength training,the change amplitude of the integrated EMG value of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus muscle lateral supine leg lift training showed that the unstable training group was > stable training group > blank control group.There were significant differences in the integrated electromyography values of rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus muscles in the unstable core training group during Russian rotation exercises compared with those before training(p < 0.05).In the stable core strength training group,there were significant differences in the integrated electromyography values of the upper rectus abdominis,right external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus muscle before and after the Russian rotation exercise(p < 0.05).The range of changes in the integrated electromyography values of the rectus abdominis,external oblique abdominis,erector spinus and multifidus muscle after the three groups of different core strength training showed that Unstable training group > stable training group > blank control group.Research conclusion:1.Both unstable core strength training and stable core strength training can improve athletic performance and core working ability.The effect of unstable core strength training is more obvious than that of stable core strength training.2.Unstable core strength training can better improve the endurance level and control of the core muscles of swimming in teenagers Force.Coaches can choose unstable core strength training as one of the methods to improve core strength training. |
