Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Labor Education In Kindergarten Area Activities

The implementation of labor education in kindergartens is an important means to promote the comprehensive development of children,and autonomous area activities are one of the important ways to implement labor education in kindergartens.At present,there are deficiencies in the process of labor education in regional activities.Therefore,based on practice,this study explored the actual situation of labor education in kindergarten regional activities,and tried to put forward effective strategies for labor education in kindergarten area activities on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems.This study uses the research method of literature review,observation and interview.In this study,the author chooses kindergarten A in J city as the main observation garden.Two teachers were selected from kindergarten A and B respectively.One teacher was selected from kindergarten C,D and E respectively.In order to understand the implementation status of labor education in kindergarten area activities and explore the existing problems.The implementation of labor education in area activities in kindergartens is generally good,but the main problems are as follows : Firstly,teachers have a relatively narrow understanding of labor education in regional activities,which is manifested in the limited understanding of the content of labor education for children and the neglect of education;One-sided understanding of labor education form;Lack of attention to the development of labor education in regional activities;Secondly,The implementation process of regional activity labor education in kindergartens is not rigorous enough,which is reflected in the deviation of regional labor theme background and creation subject;The distribution of labor materials in area activities lacks of stratification and dynamics;Regional labor education evaluation perspective is narrow and easy to be ignored;Lastly,the quality of children’s labor activities is not high,which is reflected in the unequal labor opportunities of children and the limited working conditions of regional activities;The labor content that can be carried out is single.In view of the above research results,the reasons are analyzed from the two aspects of kindergarten and teachers.For kindergarten,there is no ready-made document guidance,the other is insufficient labor time arrangement,and teachers’ energy is limited.From the level of teachers,one is that there are no available documents to guide,the other is that the schedule is not arranged properly,and teachers’ energy is limited.Based on the analysis of problems and causes,the following strategic suggestions are put forward:（1）Firstly,on the one hand,strengthen the implementation of labor education in kindergarten regional activities,prosperous labor culture atmosphere and enrich labor practice in area activities,further clarify the goal of labor education,and standardize the implementation of labor education curriculum in area activities;on the other hand,improve insurance of labor education in regional activities,thus deepening the evaluation of labor education in regional activities;Secondly,improve teachers’ attention to labor education in regional activities,abandon their inherent concepts,and improve their awareness of labor education in regional activities;Follow the principle of labor education,choose appropriate labor education teaching methods;Promote teachers’ professional level,guarantee the quality of regional activity labor education;Lastly,to realize the support system of home cooperation and deep co-education,optimize parents’ view of students’ cultivation,jointly seek a new path of kindergarten labor education,and carry out labor education by cooperating between family and kindergarten.
