| In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for labor education in primary and secondary schools(for Trial Implementation),which further clarified the relevant issues of labor education,such as "what is labor education","what content labor education teaches","how labor education should be taught" and "how labor education should be evaluated".It is further emphasized that labor education is an indispensable part of school education,family education and social education,and a necessary way for students’ growth.Mr.Tao Xingzhi proposed that "life is education",taking life as the main content of education and students’ life experience as the prerequisite of education.However,when people questioned life and wondered what life is,Mr.Tao Xingzhi defined "labor is life".Labor education aims to teach labor,learn labor in life Be educated in labor.Based on Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development and Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,observation,case analysis and interview,and takes s Kindergarten as the research object.Firstly,it investigates the implementation status of labor education in the life activities of large classes in s Kindergarten,and collects and sorts out effective interview and observation data.Secondly,through the implementation status and parents’ and teachers’ cognition of labor education in life activities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of labor education in large class life activities in kindergartens,mainly at the kindergarten level and parents’ level.At the kindergarten level,teachers lack a comprehensive understanding of labor education,lack of labor duration,lack of scientificity of objectives,and lack of education on children’s concept of labor The content of labor education is narrow,there are few service collective activities,the implementation of labor education is disorderly,and the educational effect cannot be guaranteed;At the level of parents,children lack labor opportunities and parents’ cooperation is low.By analyzing the interview and observation data,it is found that the problems of labor education in kindergarten life activities are mainly caused by teachers’ lack of quality related to labor education in life activities,the imperfect kindergarten security system,and the neglect of labor education in life activities by family education.Finally,in view of the problems existing in labor education in kindergarten life activities,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects.At the teacher level: change teachers’ traditional ideas,improve their understanding of labor education,formulate scientific and reasonable goals of labor education in life activities,comprehensively observe the content of labor education in kindergarten life activities,improve the professional level,and standardize the implementation of labor education;Kindergarten level: improve site conditions,ensure sufficient time and integrate community resources;At the level of parents: improve parents’ awareness of labor education,establish a correct concept of education,and implement home co education. |
