| Carrying out labor education in kindergarten is an important means to promote the all-round development of young children,and regional activities with autonomous characteristics are an important way to carry out labor education in kindergartens.There are many problems in the educational practice of integrating labor education into regional activities.Therefore,based on practice,this study investigates the reality of integrating labor education into kindergarten regional activities,finds out its existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for integrating labor education into kindergarten regional activities.This study uses the literature method,the investigation method and the observation method,takes the H city kindergarten teacher as the investigation object,selects the A garden B garden each 3 teachers as the interview object,takes the A garden as the main observation object,understands the kindergarten regional activity basic situation and the regional activity labor education integration present situation.On this basis,this study found that the results of labor education integrated into kindergarten activities:(1)high recognition of labor education;the basic conditions of(2)labor education are good;and(3)labor education evaluation is mostly positive.The problems of labor education integrated into the kindergarten regional activities are:(1)teachers have a relatively one-sided understanding of labor education in regional activities,Including the lack of understanding of labor education,lack of form of labor education,old concept of labor education;(2)labor education conditions for kindergarten regional activities are insufficient,Including the limited time and space limit of regional labor education,the single content of regional labor education,the deviation of the environment in the region,the lack of target and dynamic delivery of labor materials in the region,and the narrow perspective of regional labor education and ignored;(3)Children have poor labor performance in regional activities,Including children ’s labor understanding is relatively shallow,children’ s labor ability development is uneven,children’s labor emotion is not rich enough.In view of the above research results,the influencing factors are analyzed from three levels: kindergarten,teacher and family.(1)kindergarten level: kindergarten lacks special labor education curriculum,the goal and content of regional setting seldom consider early childhood labor education;(2)teacher level: teachers pay less attention to labor education in regional activities,weak consciousness,teachers’ experience and accomplishment of labor education in regional activities;(3)parents level: parents’ labor concept is biased,parents’ support for regional labor education materials is not enough.In view of the problems and reasons,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)to raise the awareness of carrying out labor education in regional activities: to cultivate teachers’ awareness of carrying out labor education in regional activities,to establish a correct view of labor,and to cultivate parents’ awareness of labor education.Set up a correct view of talent.(2)Broaden the ways to implement labor education in regional activities: lift the limitation of time and space of regional labor education,ensure the smooth development of labor education activities,enrich regional labor education activities and create special labor education activity areas.(3)To improve the creation of the labor education environment of regional activities:to create the background environment of regional activities to return to the main body of young children,to put in the materials of regional activities to focus on the objective and dynamic,and to strengthen the exploration of self-labor education in the design of children’s regional activity environment;(4)to improve the guarantee mechanism of labor education in regional activities: to strengthen the construction of teachers of labor education in kindergartens and to train teachers of labor education;to carry out regional activity evaluation activities and to adjust the perspective of labor education evaluation. |
