In November 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Workers’ Model and Advanced Workers Commendation Conference,proposing to incorporate labor education into educational activities at the university,middle and elementary levels,and to guide young people to establish and advocate labor that is proud of hard work.Values,train them to love work,work hard,and be good at work,and become a new generation of high-quality,high-level mental and physical workers.Carrying out labor education activities in kindergartens has great educational value for the development of children.It can stimulate children’s love of labor,develop good labor awareness,and establish correct labor values.This research adopts the method of action research,combining observation method,literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the reality of collective labor education teaching activities under the theme of large classes,find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons.Design the framework of labor theme activities and focus on the description of labor collective teaching activities under the theme,carry out labor education collective teaching activities in four areas(health,society,language,art),and act separately-reflect,and then act-—Rethink and act again—Reflect on the action cycle three more times and make an overall evaluation.The research is divided into six parts: Chapter One is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,the significance of the research,the concept definition of kindergarten labor education,collective teaching activities,theoretical basis,domestic and foreign literature reviews,research methods,etc.;Chapter Two Discussed the feasibility and significance analysis of labor education in the collective teaching activities of large classes for children.The feasibility is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)At the policy level,the state attaches great importance to child labor education;(2)At the activity design level,Effectively generate labor education collective teaching activities according to children’s responses;(3)At the level of activity implementation,teachers scientifically carry out children’s labor education collective teaching activities.This research analyzes the significance of carrying out labor education from the perspective of collective teaching activities:(1)It is helpful to broaden the new forms of labor collective teaching activities;(2)It is helpful to improve teachers’ cognitive level of labor education;(3)It is helpful to promote Children’s sports and character development.Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of labor education in the collective teaching activities of large-class children,points out the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons.Overall,it is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)The frequency of educational activities The educational content is not comprehensive;(2)Pay attention to the mastery of children’s labor skills and neglect the cultivation of labor awareness;(3)The evaluation method is single,and the educational effect is not obvious,and the four levels of society,kindergartens,teachers,parents,etc.The causes of the existing problems were analyzed.Chapter 4 discusses the design and implementation of collective teaching activities of labor education.Labor education is carried out in four areas of language,social,art,and health,and three cycles of action are implemented respectively: action-reflection,then action-Rethink and act again—rethink and evaluate it again.According to the current situation analysis,design and implementation of labor education collective teaching activities,Chapter 5 puts forward educational suggestions on the development of labor education collective teaching activities,mainly:(1)Improve the awareness of labor education in collective teaching activities;(2)Design a plan for collective labor teaching activities to provide reference for frontline teachers;(3)Broaden the path of labor education in collective teaching activities and increase children’s participation.The sixth chapter is about the deficiencies and prospects of the research.The deficiencies are mainly:(1)Failure to conduct comprehensive labor education collective teaching activities for the kindergarten age group;(2)Failure to fully develop education in the five major areas Activities;(3)failed to fully discuss the implementation of the theme activities,and looked forward to the deficiencies in the above three aspects.
