| From many policy documents on labor education issued by the state,it can be seen that labor education is an extremely necessary part of national education developments,and it is also a research trend in the education and academic circles.The talents cultivated by secondary vocational schools coincide with the needs of talents cultivated by labor education,they are all skilled talents for all-round development.In order to cultivate the talents needed by the society more efficiently,it is an important starting point to integrate labor education with professional education in secondary vocational schools.However,the research on the combination of labor education and professional education in secondary vocational school is a blind spot in current theoretical research and practice,so it is urgent to strengthen relevant research.This research takes vocational high school students as the main research object.Opinions on Primary School Labor Education in the new era of training socialist builders and successors to strengthen labor education’s new requirements as the guiding ideology,and conduct research around the integration of labor and professional education.Firstly,it mainly discusses the necessity of integrating labor education and professional education from the needs of socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the development needs of secondary vocational schools and the high standard in requirements of vocational students.Conjoined with the factual position of vocational high schools,labor education and professional education are organically integrated,and suitable ways of integrating labor education and professional education are explored.The second part understands the current situation and problems of the integration of labor education and professional education through the investigation.Currently,there are mass dilemmas in the application of the integration of labor education and professional education in vocational high schools,for example,the inadequacy of teachers and students’ awareness of integration;the low degree of integration of curriculum content;the single form of classroom teaching;the degree of integration of practical activities are not high.The third part analyzes the underlying reasons based on the problems in the integration of labor education and specialized education in vocational high schools.Including weak labor awareness of teachers and students;imperfect course assessment mechanism;classroom teaching design and evaluation;practical activity design and evaluation.The fourth part,according to the realistic problems and theoretical analysis,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of the integration of labor education and professional education in secondary vocational schools,such as the construction of the integration of education view;the construction of integrated education curriculum content evaluation system;the construction of integrated teaching method;the construction of integrated education practice platform,etc. |
