| With the fierce competition in the development of enterprises,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for secondary vocational school graduates,and the training quality of secondary vocational school graduates is closely related to the professional ability of secondary vocational school teachers.Under the background of the integration of production and education,it is inevitable for the development of the times to further strengthen the cultivation of secondary vocational teachers’ theoretical and practical ability,and it is also the requirement of teachers’ lifelong learning and improving their post competency.Taking X secondary vocational school as the object,this paper discusses the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability under the integration of production and education by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and interview.The research of this paper is of direct significance to improve the professional ability of secondary vocational teachers in X secondary vocational school;At the same time,through the research on the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability in X secondary vocational school,the formed research ideas,problem analysis process and solutions can provide indirect experience reference for other similar schools to carry out the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability.This paper is divided into four chapters.Through the research of each chapter,it comprehensively expounds the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability in X secondary vocational school under the background of the integration of production and education.According to the research and analysis,first of all,X secondary vocational school has implemented the following measures to improve teachers’ professional ability,arranging teachers to participate in the professional ability training class organized by the school from time to time,organizing teachers to exchange learning with other schools or enter enterprises for short-term learning from time to time,and recommending some video online classes to teachers regularly.Secondly,the problems existing in the training of teachers’ professional ability in X secondary vocational school include the low enthusiasm of teachers to participate in practical skills training,the insufficient investment management in the training of teachers’ professional ability,the "emphasis on theory over practice" of the posts arranged by enterprises,and the weak support of administrative departments.The reasons for the above problems lie in the lack of incentive measures for teachers’ practical skills training,the low attention paid by schools to the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability,the excessive pursuit of economic interests by enterprises and the excessive policy lag of administrative departments.In order to further improve the effect of teachers’ professional ability training in X secondary vocational school under the background of industry education integration,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions from the teacher level,school level,enterprise level and government level. |
