| Vocational enlightenment education,as the integration of vocational education and general education in the basic education stage,is the initial stage of the construction of modern vocational education system.In recent years,with the introduction of vocational enlightenment education in national policy documents,there have been more and more theoretical research and practical exploration on vocational enlightenment education."The quality of teachers is the quality of education." The key to carrying out high-quality vocational enlightenment education in primary and secondary schools is to build a team of relevant teachers.Only with high-quality vocational enlightenment education teachers can the smooth implementation of vocational enlightenment education in primary and secondary schools be guaranteed.From the perspective of the integration of general education and vocational education,this research adopts the literature research method and the survey research method,and the construction of the faculty of vocational enlightenment education is discussed based on the life education theory,vocational education view,education ecology theory and human capital theory.This research presents the current situation of the construction of the professional enlightenment education teaching staff from four aspects: the composition of the teaching staff,the training of the teaching staff,the organization and guarantee of the teaching staff,and the evaluation of the teaching staff.Based on the analysis of the status quo,this research believes that the current construction of professional enlightenment education teachers has problems such as imbalance of the composition,lack of pertinence and systematic training,lack of organization and guarantee mechanism,and low evaluation efficiency.Moreover,this research finds insufficient participation of vocational schools in the process of building the faculty of vocational enlightenment education.In response to the above problems,the reasons for the problems are explored from the four dimensions of government and society,regions,ordinary schools and vocational schools,and teachers.Finally,based on the aforementioned theories,from the perspective of the integration of general education and vocational education,measures for the construction of vocational enlightenment education teachers are proposed.First of all,the government and society should provide institutional and environmental guarantees for the construction of vocational education teachers.Second,regions should provide resource integration and support for the construction of vocational enlightenment education teachers.Third,ordinary schools and vocational schools should cooperate to build a team of teachers for vocational enlightenment education.Finally,teachers should actively improve the quality of professional enlightenment education. |
