One of the important reasons is that secondary vocational graduates’ comprehensive occupational ability is low, which can’t meet the job requirements. Students out of school cannot meet the needs of social economic development and fierce competition, not equal to the job requirements change. They cannot become good workers, playing their roles.Based on the research on Shanghai regional economic development trends, secondary vocational and technical education course construction problems, implementation of professional teaching standards developed by Shanghai government, as well as students lifelong sustainable development requirements and other aspects of comprehensive analysis, it is obvious that the secondary vocational graduates should be positioned in the cultivation of high quality skills. Secondary vocational school should highlight the connotation development of the graduates. To strengthen the general ability training is the key to highlight the connotation development.Based on the overall interpretation and analysis of the421teaching (course)standards of different major, after putting forward curriculum standards development process optimization and operation scheme, this paper focused on the modern service industry, completed the three1teaching (course) standard optimization reconstruction such as the hospitality service and management, financial affairs and international business, from the orientation to the training objective, professional post group function analysis, permeability universal ability of professional curriculum construction and other aspects of the comprehensive exposition.Strive to the curriculum, change the current secondary vocational school professional skills training, light universal ability cultivation condition.The three teaching (course) standard optimization reconstruction will provide vocational school construction sustainable development and lifelong development talent training goal for reference, to improve the students’ general skills, the total quality of vocational school education, development of vocational school curriculum standards, optimize vocational students’ training target, enhance the effectiveness of curriculum development.To strengthen the general ability training is the needs of the times development and vocational education reform, the needs of promoting students’ all-round development and lifelong development, the needs of improving the working ability of vocational graduates, and the needs of improving the quality of vocational education. |
