| With the country’s vigorous development of vocational education,a number of education reform measures are put on the agenda,among which ntegrating of general education and vocational education has become one of the hot spots.This kind of education model breaks through the barriers between general education and vocational education,and builds an overpass for the growth and development of talents through the sharing of resources of different types of education,so that secondary vocational school students also have the opportunity to choose general education and re-plan their life direction.Based on the above background,this article is based on the status quo that secondary vocational school students can choose education methods again under the background of the integration of general education and vocational education,investigates the career planning of students before choosing,analyzes the reasons and proposes solutions,in order to help secondary vocational school students choose their majors and career directions reasonably,and achieve maximum success.This thesis introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,clarifies the ideas and methods of the subject research.Based on the research of career planning,it takes the first grade students of the classes that integrat general education and vocational education of Beijing M Vocational School as the survey object.Questionnaire method to investigate the career planning situation of secondary vocational school students before re-selection from five dimensions: self-cognition,professional cognition,career cognition,career planning awareness,and career planning goals,and interviewed with individual students,parents,school leaders and teachers,and conducted to fully understand the current situation of the career planning of secondary vocational school students which under the background of the integration of general education and vocational education.According to the survey results,it is found that the career planning of secondary vocational school students is not ideal,which is embodied in inaccurate self-cognition,relatively one-sided professional and career cognition,fuzzy awareness of career planning,and lack of career planning goals.Aiming at the status quo of career planning for secondary vocational school students,the author explores its causes from four aspects: students,parents,schools,and society.Among them,students’ reasons are mainly due to weak cultural foundation,more subjective self-understanding,insufficient attention to career planning,and poor ability to make independent choices;family reasons are mainly reflected in parents’ inappropriate participation in their children’s career planning,and outdated and backward professional values;the school’s problem lies in the inadequate implementation of career planning education,including single educational methods,no career planning courses and professional teachers,lack of teacher guidance,and lack of communication with enterprises;The problem of society is mainly the unfriendly social environment and the lack of flexibility in some policies.Combining with the problem and cause analysis of the career planning of secondary vocational school students,the author tries to put forward corresponding solutions.At the individual level,it is necessary to combine professional assessments to improve self-cognition;broaden the channels of information understanding to strengthen professional and career cognition;enhance career planning awareness,enhance the sense of responsibility in life,and formulate semester plans to clarify career goals;parents must change outdated and backward professional values and appropriately participate in their children’s career planning;schools must enrich the way of career planning education,offer corresponding courses,hire professional teachers,build an efficient education system,and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation;at the social level,it is necessary to increase the tolerance for secondary vocational school students,form a new type of social support system,and through appropriate policy adjustments,promote the career planning of secondary vocational school students. |
