Post practice is the key link of practical teaching in Secondary Vocational schools,and it is the core link for Secondary Vocational Students to transition from "employee-to-be" to "employee".Internship guidance is the premise and guarantee for the smooth progress of internship.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the situation of internship guidance and make it more perfect.The author takes P vocational school as a case,using the methods of literature research,investigation and case study.In the process of research,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 165 internship instructors and 712 internship students,interviewed 3 school administrators,8 internship instructors and 3 enterprise leaders,and deeply understood the existing system of internship in P vocational school,the composition of instructors and school management measures Reality.The results show that there are some problems in internship guidance,such as low enthusiasm of teachers,extensive process of internship guidance,and low satisfaction of students and enterprises.The reasons for the above problems lie in: the lack of understanding of practice guidance,the lack of competency of practice guidance teachers,and the extensive process management of the school.On the basis of analyzing the reasons,the author gives some improvement strategies,for example: to enhance the accurate understanding of the internship guidance;to establish the competency model of the internship instructors;to reasonably select the instructors and formulate and improve the internship plan in the preparation stage of internship;to refine the process management in the process of internship guidance and increase the training strength of the instructors;to improve the evaluation index system and incentive mechanism;to implement the "four principles" measures of process management.After the internship,timely summary,assessment and commendation. |
