In recent years,with the support of our policy and the joint efforts of teachers and students in vocational schools,vocational education,especially secondary vocational education,has taken on a new look.As an important part of practical education in vocational colleges,post practice is carried out methodically among schools,but it also faces severe tests for understanding the current situation of internship.This article takes the numerical control technology application specialty in Sanhe vocational and technical education center as an example,from four aspects of enterprises,schools,students and society,through questionnaires and interviews,and from the four aspects of the analysis of its causes and the corresponding countermeasures.The results show that the concept of internship is vague,lack of support for policies and funds,and negative acceptance of internships.The main problem of school is the phenomenon of disconnection between theory and practice teaching and enterprise demand,and the lack of moral education work.The main problems of students themselves are lack of ability and lack of professional ethics.The social problems are mainly manifested in the low degree of recognition of vocational education,and there is no corresponding encouragement policy for the students who receive internships.On this basis,the corresponding improvement methods are given.For enterprises to unify their thinking,strengthen the understanding of post practice and to correct attitude.Schools should integrate educational resources so that students can meet the employment requirements of enterprises.Students themselves should strengthen self-discipline.Society should change its concept and recognize vocational education in the new period.And relevant departments should introduce preferential policies and legislation as soon as possible to encourage enterprises to receive internships students and to legal constraints. |
