Research On The Preventive Path Of Injury Accidents Of Secondary Vocational Students In Internship

In recent years,secondary vocational schools,adhering to the educational policy of "service as the purpose and employment-oriented",actively explore and carry out the talent training mode of "combination of work and study,school-enterprise cooperation",and devote themselves to cultivating practical talents who combine construction,service,production and management.Post practice is one of the characteristic practical teaching links in secondary vocational schools,which has obvious vocational characteristics and is an important way to realize the combination of students' theory and practice.However,in practice,due to the imperfection of the relevant legal system,the lack of school education and management,the neglect of prevention and control by enterprises and the shortage of students themselves,the practice middle school is held on top of the post.Accidents caused by accidents are often reported at the end of the newspaper.In the process of post practice,the status of secondary vocational school students is special,and once the accident occurs,it affects the rights and responsibilities of secondary vocational school,secondary vocational students and internship enterprises.Frequent practice injury accidents not only cause great damage to students' personal rights and interests,but also become the bottleneck of the smooth implementation of "school-enterprise cooperation",which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.In view of this,this paper investigates and studies the causes and prevention of injury accidents in secondary vocational school students,and finds out that "pain points","grasping points",treating both symptoms and root causes,and effectively preventing them.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts.In the first part,taking Rizhao City as an example,this paper makes a sample investigation on the present situation of the injury accident of secondary vocational school students,sums up the main existing problems,and finds out the "pain point".The second part,according to the investigation results,analyzes the "pain point" of the injury accident during the internship period of secondary vocational school students,analyzes the source of the problem,and looks for the "grasp point".The third part,Drawing lessons from overseas experience,based on the reality of our country,giving full play to the strength of the government,schools,enterprises and students and other related subjects,starting from the construction of legal system,safety education and pre-service training,the signing of internship agreement and the choice of practice base,practice liability insurance and students' self-protection,etc.,to explore the establishment of multi-party linkage secondary vocational school students' post practice injury accident prevention mechanism,is to reduce the risk of secondary vocational school students' post internship accident.Break the "school-enterprise cooperation" smooth development of the bottleneck of the necessary way and cure the root causes.
