In recent years,Chinese government put forward higher requirements on vocational school training of practical skills,and also pay more attention on the management of internship.Now internship become graduates a very important practice before graduation,internship management work has become an important part of school teaching management.Although China's secondary vocational education has been practiced for many years of post practice teaching management,but internship management level seems no significant improvement.The Dalian Model Art School used the literature data method,questionnaire and other research methods,selected 240 in internship students as the object of study,analysis and research of comprehensive management of the status of students' post practice,found there still exists that some significant problems in the internship management,and puts forward some management measures,in order to improve Dalian Mode Art School in post practice management level,it provides the reference basis?The results of this study show that there are still many problems in management practice of Dalian Model Art School.Mainly concentrated in the absence of internship students to carry out psychological counseling and post internship students post adaptation ability is poor,post practice skills training,safety training is not in place and other management issues.The author had careful research and thinking,based on the practical experience of the work and puts forward some suggestions:1,The government provides policy support,improve the mechanism,increase financial support.Pay attention to the government and system security is an important foundation to improve the management level of internship.2,To strengthen the role of the school's guidance and communication.First of all,to deepen the school enterprise cooperation,the establishment of good communication mechanisms and skills training,the establishment of a psychological counseling room.3,Rich enterprise management mode.Enterprise of post practice change the students' skills training at the same time,but also to strengthen safety education,to strengthen the internship students' humanistic care.4,Enrich students' subjective initiative consciousness.Strengthen school autonomy and self-management ability,deepen understanding of the internship,adjust state of mind timely,as soon as possible to adapt to the environment of internship.
