The State Council proposed to improve the development of secondary vocational education in 2019,which means that to develop the basic education,especially the parts of vocational education in it,is regarded as an important foundation for Chinese special vocation education.it also make an effort to build the univeral of the level of basic education system.Under the current 2+1 practice mode of secondary vocational education,Internship With Post And Post Practice play the role of connecting students’ theories and strengthening skills,and are the key link to improve the training quality of students.However,due to the practical difficulties and past causes and so on,the effectiveness of the internship of polytechnic school students has been questioned,and the protection of rights and interests,labor risks,process management and other problems in the internship process have attracted much attention,which all reflect the need to field research on the survival status of secondary vocational students in the internship.In this study,ERG theory,psychological capital theory and two-factor theory were used to investigate the whole process of post-following and in-post internship of students.this paper collects the questionnaire data and interview data of the students in the Internship With Post And Post Practice periods in the research of the whole process of the students’ Internship With Post And Post Practice in the 2019 class of secondary school J in C city,the quantitative analysis part,demonstrate the validity of the data and research method is scientific,has carried on the descriptive analysis to questionnaire data,Variance analysis,cluster analysis and difference test were conducted on the four elements of students’ physical and mental health state,occupation feeling state,sense of achievement state and happiness state.In the qualitative analysis part,interview analysis and case analysis form from "internship is Da Gong?This paper analyzes four key points that highlight the living status of students during the internship,namely,the outstanding problem of "overtime work",the high labor intensity and the prospect of tomorrow,and presents the real appearance of the living status of students during the Internship With Post And Post Practice.Through the analysis,three research conclusions are obtained:1.The survival status of secondary vocational students in Internship With Post And Post Practice are have significant differences.Compared To Internship With Post,the survival status of Post Practice improved at the significance level of 0.05.2.There was no significant difference between the physical and mental health status of secondary vocational students in Internship With Post And Post Practice period,but there were differences in occupational feeling state,sense of achievement state and happiness state at the significance level of 0.05.The Post Practice period could improve the occupational feeling state,sense of achievement state and happiness state of secondary vocational interns in a statistically significant sense.3.The physical and mental health state,occupational feeling state,sense of achievement state and happiness state had different effects on the total score of survival state at the significance level of 0.05.Paper from the education administrative departments,enterprises and schools,students and family three aspects analyzes the cause of the conclusion,and is based on the analysis of the causes of conclusions from government,enterprises,schools,puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the content of the recommendations that were made for each piece of advice,limit,effect of condition and operation suggestion. |
