Education is an action that only belongs to hunman’s.Education which constitutes the main content of China’s public service system is the product of human civilization and progress.As the foundation of the national education system,compulsory education is the education that all school-age children and adolescents who has reached a proper age must receive.As a basic educational policy,compulsory education has the characteristics of national mandatory,public or things like that.If we develop compulsory education,our country’s development will be promoted.If we develop compulsory education,our civilization will make progress.If we develop compulsory education,our society will be more harmonous.With the development of society and the progress of the era,the demand of people for compulsory education is not only satisfied with being able to get compulsory education resource,but also pursues further educational high-quality balanced development on the basis of present balanced development.Combined with the background of Rural Revitalization,by using the means of literature research,interview survey and statistical analysis,this paper will analyze the balanced development of compulsory education in Gulin County.And then,this parer finds the problems that march toward high-quality balanced development of compulsory education in Gulin county are mainly reflected in four aspects.First,the quality of compulsory education is poor.Second,local economic develops slowly.Third,the traditional economic concept affects the high-qaulity development of compulsory education.Forth,the special regional environment restricts the high-qaulity development of compulsory education.Through analysis,there are four main factors which restrict the balanced development of compulsory education in the county.Fisrt of all,the curriculum reform is not based on reality.The leaders of administrative department don’t understand the spiritual essence of the curriculum reform.Secondly,the investment of educational resource is uneven.Thirdly,teachers’ welfare are not be guaranteed in time.Lastly,the Township People’s government neglects the function of compulsory education.Based on the above research,aiming at the role that county-level governments,education administrative departments and Township People’s governments play in the development of compulsory education,this paper throw out the following suggestions.On the one hand,people’s government and administrative department should explore something new bravely to promote the high-quality balanced development of compolsory education according to the reality.On the other hand,people’s government and administrative department should coordinate resources and optimize allocation to serve for the high-quality balanced development of compulsory education.What’s more,people’s government and administrative department should treat teachers preferentially to improve teachers’ happiness.Last but not the least,the Township People’s government should serves for the high-quality balanced development of compulsory education with heart and love,which will make the local people see a bright future. |
