The exploration of effective teaching behavior has always been the hot spot of teaching research in various countries.Effective teaching behavior is an educational concept that changes with the background of the times.Different times have different ideas and different teaching ideas,theories and values,life,world outlook.Especially since the new curriculum reform,it is the subject of scholars to study the effective teaching methods under the new concept and how to make the students’ learning more scientific.Looking at the existing scientific research results of effective teaching behavior in China,it is not difficult to find that the introduction of foreign educational achievements and research content is the majority,and the effective teaching behavior research focusing on the characteristics of different disciplines is very few.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of "college sports basketball option class ",this paper puts forward the subject of " research on the effective teaching behavior of teachers in sports basketball option class in Jingzhou university ",and tries to explore the evaluation system of teachers’ effective teaching behavior in college sports basketball option class from the perspective of "pre-class presupposition behavior,class implementation behavior,after-class reflection behavior " ? Understand the behavior characteristics and shortcomings in the teaching process of College Sports Basketball option course? And the influence of teachers’ teaching behavior on students’ learning? In order to improve the teaching effect and teaching quality of college PE basketball optional teachers,we should seek an effective way to improve the teaching effectiveness of college PE basketball optional teachers.Through the study of the effective teaching behavior of the teachers of the sports basketball option course in Jingzhou University,it makes up for some shortcomings of the previous teaching behavior research,and improves the teaching effect of the teachers of the sports basketball option course in Jingzhou University.Through the investigation of the effective teaching behavior standard of sports basketball optional teachers in Jingzhou University,the existing problems are found out,and the improvement strategies are put forward.To explore and solve the behavior problems in teaching,to reflect on and adjust their classroom teaching behavior,to improve the effective teaching behavior level of basketball students in physical education departments,and to promote the development of physical education teachers’ professional quality.There is no doubt a strong practical and practical significance.This paper will carry out research from three aspects: descriptive statistical analysis of teachers’ specific behaviors,analysis of teaching behaviors of teachers with professional background and non-professional background,and evaluation and analysis of the influence of teachers’ teaching behaviors on students’ learning.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The effective teaching behavior of the teachers in the classroom teaching of the college sports basketball option course in Jingzhou University,The frequency of effective teaching behavior reached 1936 frequency(89.6%).With 266 frequency of "high efficiency behavior ",12.3 per cent;With 1670 frequency "effective behavior ",77.3 per cent;224 times "inefficient or ineffective ",The proportion is 10.4.(2)Some teachers still have some gaps in teaching design behavior before class(teaching preparation behavior),implementation behavior in class(including teaching behavior,demonstration behavior,teaching guidance behavior,encouraging students to learn actively,organizing teaching behavior,teaching evaluation behavior),and teaching reflection behavior after class.In particular,teaching evaluation behavior needs to be strengthened,teaching reform research needs to be deepened.(3)On the whole,setting up the teaching idea of "taking students as the center" and "learning as the teaching ",creating a good atmosphere and cultivating the self-learning consciousness of PE teachers are the basic requirements to improve the teachers’ teaching behavior in the college PE basketball option course.Strengthening the cultivation of pre-class presupposition behavior is the premise to realize the effectiveness of teaching effect,the implementation of effective behavior in classroom teaching is the way to realize the effectiveness of physical education teaching,and the reflective behavior of after-class teaching is the source of teachers’ effective teaching behavior in physical education class,which is the key to realize the effectiveness of teaching.
