Investigation And Analysis Of Basketball Optional Courses In Shanghai Colleges And Universities

Basketball is more popular in our country and has a large number of participants.Shanghai has a unique basketball culture and atmosphere,and has a good mass foundation.In Shanghai,basketball optional courses are widely used in colleges and universities,so it is of great significance to study what the development of the course is and what problems exist.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and takes the situation and influencing factors of basketball optional courses in six colleges and universities in Shanghai as the research object,and makes a systematic analysis from five aspects: the school situation of basketball optional courses,the situation of students,the situation of teachers,the teaching situation and the influencing factors.Through investigation and analysis,this paper formulates the strategies suitable for the development of basketball optional courses in Shanghai,hoping to promote the quality of basketball optional courses in colleges and universities in Shanghai and the development of basketball in Shanghai through targeted methods.Through systematic analysis and research,the conclusions are as follows:1.There are some differences and gaps in the number of years,the scale of classes,the number of semester hours and the venues used in basketball optional classes in colleges and universities.2.The main reasons for students to choose basketball optional course are interest and hobby,have certain foundation,be influenced by people,most students have certain basketball foundation but the level is general,the vast majority of students are satisfied with this course,from the pass rate,96.2% of the students can pass the basketball optional class examination,only 3.8% of the students are not up to the standard.3.The number of female teachers in colleges and universities is small,the number of postgraduates is the largest,the number of lecturers is the largest,and the number of senior professional titles is relatively small.The teachers of elective courses are mainly from physical education,sports training,social physical education and other technical departments,the number of non-sports grade is the largest,the number of second-level referees is the majority,the ways to improve teachers business are few,and the overall level of scientific research ability of optional course teachers is not high.4.It is hoped that students mastering certain skills is the first goal,and the teaching content is mainly basketball theory,basic technology and basic tactics;the model law,demonstration method and explanation method are the most commonly used methods;most of the school games are once every six months and the out-of-school games are once a year,so the competition is too few to meet the needs of the students.5.The teaching goal is one-sided and the emphasis is not obvious.The teaching means and methods stay on the traditional teaching methods based on direct perception,and the students exercises are also based on physical exercises and technical exercises.Basketball teachers are insufficient,venues and facilities are relatively insufficient,match organization is less,leaders do not pay enough attention to,lack of strong support.
