In the physical education of our country's colleges and universities,basketball optional course is a physical education course that every college must open.However,the traditional teaching method is still used in the optional basketball course in Colleges and universities.In the classroom,teachers teach all the students the same basketball skills and actions,ignoring the differences in physical quality between students and the differences in the use of skills in basketball.The teaching idea of "teaching students according to their aptitude" has not been well reflected.Basketball is a sport with position division.There are individual differences among players in different positions.The most intuitive embodiment is height.Basketball needs to learn more knowledge and skills,and college basketball elective class hours are limited.Basketball teaching can combine the differences between positions and the differences between individual students,and carry out targeted teaching for different students in the limited teaching hours.According to the actual situation of students,learn the knowledge and skills of different basketball positions,set different teaching objectives and practice contents for students in different positions,and truly teach students according to their aptitude.In this paper,starting from the characteristics of basketball position division,combined with the current group teaching and basketball position related research proposed by scholars,position group teaching is carried out for students of different heights,so that they can understand their advantages in basketball.Organize basketball games in the classroom,so that every student in the class can participate in the game,give full play to their advantages and specialties,gain a sense of success and satisfaction,so as to improve the enthusiasm of students for basketball learning and develop a lifelong sports awareness.By interviewing experts,consulting the relevant literature of basketball and physical education,designing basketball teaching experiments and conducting experiments,and distributing questionnaires to the subjects,and making statistics and analysis of the experimental data,the author obtains the following experimental results:1."Position group teaching method" can improve students' speed and endurance quality.2."Position group teaching method" can improve students' basketball basic technical performance,but there is no significant difference between the improvement effect and the traditional basketball teaching method.3."Position group teaching method" improves the ability of students of different heightsto use basketball technology in the competition.4.Compared with the traditional basketball teaching method,"position grouping teaching method" can promote the communication between students,make them have a better harmonious relationship,and cultivate students' self-confidence as well as the correct sense of competition and cooperation between students. |
