Research On Sustainable Development Of Sports And Leisure Town Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of characteristic towns under the rural revitalization strategy in 2016,a number of successful pilot towns have emerged in China,and they have begun to take shape.However,all the towns are in the exploration stage of transformation and development.In some areas,characteristic towns exists many issues,such as,the unclear planning ideas,theme and location,the blind construction,lack of characteristics,relying on real estate support and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to establish sports and leisure town evaluation indicators of sustainable development to accurately adjust direction.It is of profound historical significance to accelerate the construction and sustainable development of characteristic towns for transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and the promotion of new urbanization.Firstly,this thesis expounds the related concepts and policy support of characteristic town and even sports and leisure town.Secondly,based on the existing scholars’ research,through the analysis development status of domestic and foreign characteristic cases,questions are put forward,and questionnaires are designed from the social,economic and ecological aspects of sustainable development and distributed,so as to establish a set of evaluation index weights in line with the sustainable development of sports and leisure town.Finally,based on the actual situation of Weishui sports and leisure town project,through on-the-spot investigation,combined with SWOT and financial analysis methods to analyze and score,from its development path and mode,this thesis focuses on the promotion of this new subject to the local economy,and puts forward some guiding opinions for the sustainable development of sports and leisure town,so as to provide reference for the national rural revitalization and the coordinated development of economy and environment.
