The Research On The Development Path Of Sports Characteristic Town In Henan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural Revitalization strategy is an important development strategy to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in our country.The development of small town with sports characteristics is an important means to promote the prosperity of rural industries and realize the goal of rural revitalization.However,the current sports characteristic towns in Henan Province are in the preliminary stage of development,there are still many problems.Therefore,based on the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,this paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,field investigation,case analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the current situation,practical constraints,evaluation system and other contents of the development of sports characteristic towns in Henan Province,and then puts forward the development path of sports characteristic towns in Henan Province from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.It is hoped that the development of small towns with sports characteristics will promote the economic development of local villages and towns,effectively solve the "three rural" problems,and finally realize the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,the small town with sports characteristics in Henan Province is in the initial stage of development as a whole,and there are certain practical constraints.According to the research,the realistic constraints on the development of small towns with sports characteristics in Henan Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy mainly include the following aspects:Firstly,infrastructure constraints:it is difficult to optimize the allocation of resources;Secondly,the restriction of industrial development:insufficient brand building;Thirdly,operational effectiveness constraints:insufficient management capacity;Fourthly,the restriction of innovation ability:lack of professional talents.(2)This paper constructs an evaluation system for the development of small towns with sports characteristics in Henan Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy from seven dimensions of government support,industrial development capacity,sports cultural atmosphere,ecological environment resources,infrastructure security,innovative development vitality,and assisting rural revitalization.And the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the weight.The results show that the weight of the three dimensions of industrial development capacity,ecological environment resources and infrastructure security are in the top three.(3)The research shows that under the background of the current rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation path of sports characteristic towns in Henan Province mainly includes the following aspects:integrating regional characteristic industries and promoting the scientific development of town planning;Introducing high-quality talents to establish scientific research institutions and strengthening the advantages of small towns with sports characteristics;Constructing administrative management system and optimizing the allocation of production factor resources;Promoting relevant industries to gather and improving the intelligent service system;Innovate small town industry and culture,and create small town culture IP with sports characteristics;Around the revitalization of villages,promote the protection of ecological environment.
