Research On The Status Quo And Development Strategy Of Yuncheng Shengtianhu Sports Leisure Town Based On SWOT Analysis

Entering a new stage of historical development,people’s living standards and social and economic development have reached a new height.With the implementation of relevant national policies,the mining of scenic resources is also deepening.Among which three scenic spots were Yuhe Sports and leisure featured Town in the south suburb of Datong city,Yunzhu Sports and leisure Featured Town in Yushe County of Jinzhong City,yuncheng City and Mo’nan Shengtian Lake Sports and leisure featured Town in Ruicheng County.The construction of characteristic towns has become a hot spot in the development and construction of scenic spots.However,in the process of continuous construction,due to the lack of management experience,ineffective response,imperfect infrastructure and other factors,the phenomenon of imbalance and insufficiency in the process of development occurred.This study in shanxi yuncheng holy lake national sport leisure characteristic town development present situation has carried on the research and analysis,the study of this topic not only can promote the holy lake sports leisure characteristic town of better and faster development to provide certain reference,and for other sports in Shanxi Province provides the theory basis for the development of the leisure characteristic town.First of all,through literature and news materials to understand and summarize the development process of shengtianhu sports leisure characteristic town.Secondly,through the field visit to the holy Lake sports and leisure characteristics of the specific situation of a further analysis.Finally,the matrix chart is listed through SWOT analysis to analyze its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.In combination with the problems faced by shengtian Lake sports and leisure town in the development process,specific and targeted suggestions are given to provide development ideas for the sustainable development of Shengtian Lake sports and leisure town.The results are as follows:Shengtian Lake scenic spot is still in a state of rectification,construction and operation at the same time.The scenic spot strives to build a sports and leisure town with sports and leisure characteristics combined with sports and health shape.The key format is not prominent;Insufficient level of operation;Lack of funds,project maintenance and construction slow;The design scheme is not clear and fickle;Climatic conditions are unstable.Combined with the aspects of nature,economy,politics,culture and history,the following suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in shengtianhu Sports and leisure characteristic town: overall planning and design,perfect construction and development;Expand financing channels and expand investment groups;Highlight the key characteristics of the brand,enrich the supply of sports tourism products;Improve the operation,management;Strengthen brand marketing publicity.
