| Primary school is a critical period for children’s physical and mental development.Carrying out vocational enlightenment education can help them form a social cognition,establish a correct concept of labor,and cultivate basic labor skills.At this stage,improve the practical ability of primary school students and preliminary understanding of society,and make reasonable planning,so that they have a good professional awareness,professional attitude,professionalism and professionalism.This paper follows the principle of combining theoretical research with empirical research,focusing on empirical research,and follows the basic ideas of theoretical interpretation-current situation investigation-problem sorting-cause analysis-strategy improvement.On the premise of explaining the core concepts and theoretical basis,this paper takes teachers,parents and primary school students from five primary schools in X District of Yantai City as the sample data source to carry out the survey of vocational enlightenment education.Sort out the problems of primary vocational education and explore the causes of the problems,and then put forward improvement strategies on this basis.In order to comprehensively analyze the importance of vocational enlightenment education in primary school education,through consulting the relevant theories and core contents of vocational enlightenment education,this paper provides theoretical support for the research of vocational enlightenment education.In this paper,questionnaire and interview are used to obtain social data from five primary schools in Zhifu District of Yantai city.Through the investigation,it is found that the main problems of primary school vocational enlightenment education are the insufficient understanding of Vocational Education in schools,parents and teachers.The main problems are as follows: the traditional ideas are not consistent,the students’ courses are too many,and the students’ cultural course performance should not be affected because of vocational education;secondly,the current primary school teaching system and teacher training system However,due to the lack of qualified teachers and relevant curriculum and teaching system,parents are constrained by traditional education and lack of communication with their children.The main reasons for these problems are: the lack of a clear implementation system of vocational enlightenment education,teachers’ inattention to enlightenment education,parents’ influence by traditional values,and lack of effective social support.Therefore,the paper puts forward the following improvement measures:(1)to improve the family’s attention to vocational education,parents need to change the traditional concept of exam oriented education,and call for family school joint education;(2)the school should deepen the reform,strengthen the investment in vocational education,create a series of vocational education activities,enhance the cooperation between schools and outside schools,and enrich the organizational form of vocational education In the design of the training program,we should clarify the educational objectives,determine the educational contents and enrich the teaching forms.(3)In the construction of teachers’ team,teachers’ professional quality should be improved,the theoretical level of subject teachers should be improved,and the subject leaders of vocational enlightenment education should be introduced at the same time.At the same time,the situation of vocational enlightenment education should be built actively with parents.In the choice of activity mode,it should be rich and diverse,vivid and interesting,such as multi-party cooperation to build a career experience center,carry out research tasks,deepen the development of school-based curriculum,etc. |
