In today ’ s society,it is urgent to carry out the education content related to vocational enlightenment education in the basic education stage to help students better adapt to the development of the times.Vocational enlightenment education is an indispensable education stage in the process of individual career development,which promotes students to understand different occupation categories and have a good yearning for future occupations.Senior primary school students have initially possessed the ability of abstract logical thinking,have a clear understanding of themselves,and understand their interests,hobbies and strengths.Therefore,the senior primary school is the basic stage of vocational enlightenment education.In order to understand the implementation status of vocational enlightenment education in senior grades of four primary schools in C City,this study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and case method.By sorting out and analyzing the data collected from four primary schools in C City,it is found that there are the following problems in the vocational enlightenment education of senior grades in primary schools.First of all,the vocational enlightenment education cognition idea is shallow,mainly displays in the school education management to the vocational enlightenment education attention degree is low,the teacher group to the vocational enlightenment education understanding is less;secondly,the implementation form of vocational enlightenment education is relatively single,which is mainly reflected in the simple form of physical labor in schools instead of vocational enlightenment education,and the implementation way of vocational experience activities is limited.Again,the teacher ’ s occupation enlightenment education penetration consciousness is weak,reflected in the lack of occupation knowledge accumulation,occupation enlightenment education implementation subjective will is poor;finally,the implementation of vocational enlightenment education resources and environment is limited,the cooperation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the above problems,it is believed that there are three main reasons for the problems in the implementation of vocational enlightenment education : First,the school level is mainly reflected in the old concept of school leadership management and the lack of evaluation criteria for the implementation of vocational enlightenment education;second,the government level mainly lacks policy guarantee and financial support for vocational enlightenment education;third,at the social level,there are mainly low levels of resource integration and biased public opinion orientation.At the same time,case studies were conducted to observe and record the excellent cases of the implementation of vocational enlightenment education in S primary school in C city,and the enlightenment of the improvement strategy of vocational enlightenment education was obtained.By analyzing the current situation of the implementation of vocational enlightenment education and summarizing the causes of the problems,and drawing on the inspiration of successful cases,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the implementation of vocational enlightenment education.First,enhance awareness of vocational enlightenment education.Government agencies and education administrative departments should increase the propaganda of vocational enlightenment education,through public opinion propaganda school,social awareness of the important position of vocational enlightenment education;second,to promote the diversification of the implementation form of vocational enlightenment education,mainly divided into curriculum teaching as the main position to carry out vocational enlightenment education,relying on comprehensive practical activities to implement vocational enlightenment education,combining classroom teaching with practical activities to promote the smooth development of vocational enlightenment education in primary school;third,improve the professional quality of teachers ’ vocational enlightenment education.Teachers should update their knowledge system,strengthen conditional knowledge learning,dig deeper into the disciplinary elements of vocational enlightenment education,enhance the penetration awareness of vocational enlightenment education and build a professional team of vocational enlightenment education,and improve the incentive evaluation mechanism.Fourth,to realize the resource sharing of vocational enlightenment education,it is mainly to guide the sharing of resources between social organizations and build a sharing platform.In addition,we should improve the utilization rate of family life resources,make community resources an important supplement to vocational enlightenment education resources,strengthen the connection between schools and communities,and realize the mutual openness of schools,society and communities.
