As the basic stage of individual career development,vocational enlightenment education is a key stage in the formation of student's professional consciousness,cognition and ability.At the national level,the development of vocational enlightenment education has been encouraged many times.Vocational enlightenment education has received much attention and is growing in the city.In contrast,in rural areas where resources are scarce and concepts are slightly lagging behind,vocational enlightenment education has not attracted much attention.In addition to the lack of existing research on rural vocational enlightenment education,it is necessary to investigate and analyze the current situation of vocational enlightenment education in rural primary schools,propose corresponding optimization strategies,so that the effectiveness of vocational enlightenment education can also be achieved in rural areas.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the current situation of vocational enlightenment education in rural primary schools.In general,the survey is conducted from the perspectives of teacher and student cognition,implementation,and expectations and suggestions of teachers and students.From the three aspects of training objectives,teaching conditions,teaching methods and teaching effects,the specific situation of the implementation was clearly investigated.Through the analysis ofthe materials,the problems are found and the causes are analyzed,and the strategies are proposed.The survey found that rural primary schools have practiced vocational enlightenment education in some levels,but there are still many problems.The existing problems include: the goal is not clear;the implementation is not systematic;the professional background of teachers is insufficient;the affect surface is narrow.The main causes of these problems are: weak subject consciousness,restrictions on resources and not adequate fit facilities.On the basis of analyzing the problems,the strategies are proposed,including: Clearly highlight the objectives of vocational enlightenment education,develop the vocational enlightenment education strategy systematically,accelerate the construction of professional teachers and integrate external resources.Through these measures,rural primary schools can be support in the process of expanding vocational enlightenment education,so that it can truely promote the individual development of students and cultivate qualified reserve forces for rural vitalization.
