| Under the background of encouraging "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",tourism industry needs more expert professionals with innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability to realize the development,transformation and upgrading of the industry,and the society also needs creative talents to promote the prosperity of the market.In the first line to train tourism professionals,every year secondary vocational schools provide colleges with students,who have strong practical ability.At the same time,they also provide a large number of tourism professionals for the society.Although all sectors of the society pay much more attention on innovation and entrepreneurship education,and for now it is easy to find the courses about the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities or junior colleges,it is even less for secondary vocational students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.According to the survey,in most secondary vocational schools,there is a gap in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,among which the most prominent problem is that the school has not set up entrepreneurship education related courses and lacks relevant teaching system.In recent years,the state has encouraged all people to start businesses and promulgated policies to promote entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational colleges should grasp the current entrepreneurial situation,combine the characteristics of secondary vocational education,give full attention to tourism and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools,integrate schools and social entrepreneurship resources,and make a modest contribution to the promotion of social innovation and development for secondary vocational tourism students.Entrepreneurship education cultivates the entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability of secondary vocational tourism students,and learning the successful model of lean entrepreneurship and absorbing the essence of it can reduce the failure rate of students’ entrepreneurship.As a popular teaching method in secondary vocational colleges,case teaching can increase the interest of students and easily master and use the procedures of lean entrepreneurship.selected case teaching as the teaching method,divided case teaching into three forms of discussion,role-playing and real-world exercises,and designed the corresponding use process.According to the characteristics of secondary vocational tourism majors,this research has compiled the content of lean entrepreneurship textbooks to provide reference for the development of entrepreneurial education for secondary vocational tourism majors.Case teaching is selected as the teaching method,and the case teaching is divided into three forms: discussion,role-playing and real-world exercises,and the corresponding use process is designed to increase the use of case teaching by teachers.According to the three forms of use process,the tourism major of Luzhou Vocational and Technical School is taken as a case for teaching implementation.The evaluation data collected by the students through questionnaire analysis shows that in the teaching process,it has completed the theory of helping secondary vocational tourism majors to understand lean entrepreneurship.Master the procedural framework of lean entrepreneurship,and guide students to be proficient in the teaching goals of lean entrepreneurship.It has realized the purpose of stimulating students’ interest in entrepreneurship,cultivating students’ sense of innovation and entrepreneurship,and broadening the employment path of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools. |
