Career Plan Of Tourism Major In Secondary Vocational Schools Based On Entrepreneurship Education Curriculum Teaching Design

With the rapid development of the global tourism industry,the demand of the tourism market is increasing,and the development of the tourism industry is becoming more and more mature.At the same time,along with the emergence and application of new technologies,the competition of the tourism industry is becoming more and more fierce.It is necessary to constantly innovate and develop new tourism products to meet the needs of tourists.As an important source of talents in the tourism industry,students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools must have more comprehensive and diversified abilities and qualities,so that they can remain invincible in the fierce competition and adapt to the rapid development and changes of tourism.With the ability of career planning,students can not only clarify their career goals,but also become more competitive in the tourism industry in the future.However,according to the current situation of career planning for students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,their career planning ability needs to be improved.Therefore,based on entrepreneurship education,this study studied the career planning of secondary vocational tourism students,understood the current situation of career planning of secondary vocational tourism students,discussed the relationship between entrepreneurship education and career planning ability,and determined that entrepreneurship education is helpful to improve students’ career planning ability.The entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit are integrated into the career planning course of secondary vocational tourism major to provide new ideas for improving students’ career planning ability.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,significance,purpose and methods of this paper,as well as the literature review of entrepreneurship education and career planning.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis,the core concepts involved in this study of entrepreneurship education and career planning concept analysis,and determine to Marx’s human comprehensive development theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Schuber’s career development theory as the theoretical basis of this study;The third part is questionnaire survey and data analysis.It investigates the current situation of career planning teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational schools,discusses the relationship between entrepreneurship education and career planning,and determines that entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurship can be positively correlated with the career planning of secondary vocational students,indicating that it is feasible to improve the career planning ability with entrepreneurship education.The fourth part is the teaching design of "Career Planning" course for secondary vocational school tourism major based on entrepreneurship education.By integrating entrepreneurship education into the course of career planning,it aims to improve students’ career planning ability and provide reference for secondary vocational school tourism major to carry out career planning.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research,which discusses the difficulties and challenges of the research on career planning of secondary vocational tourism students based on entrepreneurship education.Students have clear career planning for the future,which can help students better cope with challenges and opportunities in the workplace,improve their career competitiveness and adaptability,and achieve all-round development.With a view to realizing self-worth in the future career and life.
