Labor is the most fundamental mode of human development.Marx emphasized that the combination of ideological education and productive labor is the only way to realize the all-round development of human beings and the fundamental way to transform human beings from natural individuals to social subjects,thus promoting the development and progress of human society.Strengthening labor education for children can not only cultivate children’s work habits and self-care ability,but also improve children’s physique,which is conducive to the development of children’s intelligence,moral character and aesthetic ability.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement labor education in kindergarten education stage.The innovation of this research mainly lies in the relatively new research perspective.First of all,it combs the labor education thought of ancient and modern China and foreign countries,and analyzes its development process.On this basis,it also discusses the relationship between children’s development and life and play.This study believes that labor education is a hot word in recent years,and labor education is of great significance to the development of children,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,a more systematic discussion of the implementation of labor education in Public kindergartens in Nanning.The core question of this study is: what are the countermeasures for the implementation of labor education in public kindergartens in Nanning? Related issues are: What are the challenges faced by the implementation of labor education in public kindergartens in Nanning? What causes it? What measures should be taken?Literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case interview method and observation method were used to conduct in-depth discussion on the corresponding contents,and the following main findings were obtained:Based on the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era issued by The State Council,this study is conducted from four dimensions: cognitive attitude,implementation content,implementation method and implementation effect.At present,the challenges facing the implementation of labor education in public kindergartens in Nanning include: the deviation of cognitive attitude;Simple implementation content;Lack of implementation methods;The implementation effect is not good.The main reasons are as follows: the restriction of teachers’ labor concept;Influence of family upbringing style;The neglect of kindergarten education;The impact of public opinion.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures can be taken as follows: change teachers’ cognitive attitude and improve their ideological understanding;Grasp the key points of education and optimize the implementation content;Enrich labor education activities and expand implementation methods;We will strengthen the education guarantee mechanism and improve its effectiveness.The shortcomings of this study is that the object of study of sample selection is not enough comprehensive,research scope and the object of study,etc still need further research and mining,the analysis of the policy document also slightly immature and not focus,the proposed research questions of the kindergarten labor education to implement the strategy of temporarily unable to personally verify,etc,still needs further exploration and mining. |
