| The total amount of China’s sports industry has risen,and mass sports have developed vigorously.Sports and leisure characteristics town,a new product of sports industry in China,is an important innovation carrier supported and driven by the development of sports industry in our country as well.It is a key construction project with “sports plus leisure” as the core,which can effectively put such resources as human,material and finance together.The rapid formation and sustainable development of sports and leisure characteristics towns in China mainly depend on three opportunities: first,small towns with Chinese characteristics develop in explosive growth;second,the development of characteristics town is highly integrated with the expansion of sports industry.Third,the speedy development of sports tourism underpins the advancement of sports and leisure characteristics towns in China.Since our country has paid great attention to the development of characteristics towns and provided robust supports for the growth of sports industry,a variety of sports characteristic towns,with “sports plus tourism” as the main mode,have gradually emerged in large numbers.This research is conducted by taking Shangteng New Village,Neijiang City,Sichuan Province as an example.For the residents who live in the towns which are still in the early stage of development,on the one hand,they could gain direct benefits from the construction of sports and leisure characteristics towns.On the other hand,they could be work as the main participants in the construction of the towns as well.Therefore,the research of residents’ willingness to participate in the construction of the towns plays an important role in studying whether the project of sports and leisure characteristics towns can be succeed or not,which can reveal the sustainable construction and development of sports and leisure characteristics towns to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of local residents to participate in the projects and increase their right of expression and participation in the process of constructing sports and leisure characteristics towns.By using the document-data method,the present study has sorted out the research status and combed through related theories and concepts about sports and leisure characteristics towns at home and abroad.And through applying the field investigation and the questionnaire survey as well as the statistical analysis method,etc.,an empirical study and analysis of the local residents’ willingness in Shangteng New Village to participate in the construction of sports and leisure characteristics towns has been conducted.In addition,through combining the perceived value with the theory of planned behavior,a theoretical model of the impact of perceived value on residents’ willingness to participate in the construction of towns,namely a model of “perceived value—cognition of planned behavior—residents’ willingness to participate in construction” has been made.Then,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of structural equation modeling(SEM)on the sample data of 263 valid questionnaires.Based on relevant theoretical literature research and empirical analysis of theoretical models,this thesis has clarified the perceived value mechanism of residents’ willingness to participate in the construction of sports and leisure characteristics towns and has put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of those towns in Shangteng New Village,in order to provide some reference for the construction of other towns with characteristics.The suggestions are as follows:(1)Stimulating the initiative and encouraging local residents to participate in the town construction;(2)Excavating the creativity of residents and enhancing the town’s characteristics and attractions(3)Steadily promoting the construction of small towns and enhancing the widespread collections from relevant parties. |
