| According to the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"the implementation of the strategy of healthy China",the physical health of a country and a nation will directly affect the lifeblood of the country’s future development.According to the Annunciation of National Physical Fitness Monitoring in 2014,the physical exercise situation of contemporary college students is not optimistic. As the direct reserve army of national development, college students are also the key period for the formation of physical behaviors. In view of this, this study surveyed 600 college students in Wuhan, based on the theory of planned behavior, through descriptive statistics and unifactor analysis to understand the basic characteristics of college students’ behavior, attitude, perceived behavior control, subjective norms of leisure sports and behavioral intention of leisure sports.Using correlation and regression analysis of the relationship between the variables,in-depth grasp of the occurrence of college students’ recreational sports behavior and the deep factors affecting the behavior, and put forward some suggestions,in order to promote college students to participate in recreational sports behavior.Results:1.College students had higher attitudes towards leisure sports(M=4.01)and subjective norms of leisure sports(M=3.96),but lower perceived behavioral control of leisure sports(M=3.70).2.Gender and grade differences in perceived behavioral control of leisure sports have extremely significant differences(Sig.<0.001).There were extremely significant differences in exercise intensity, exercise duration and exercise frequency of different genders(Sig.<0.001).3.There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ recreational sports attitude(r=0.516,P<0.01),perceived behavioral control of recreational sports(r=0.640,P<0.01),subjective norms of recreational sports(r=0.540,P<0.01)and their recreational sports behavioral intention.4.Perceived behavioral control of college students’ leisure sports has a significant predictive effect on the three levels of leisure sports exercise behavior(P<0.01),among which intensity is the largest, duration is the second, and frequency is the least. The behavioral intention of leisure sports had a significant predictive effect on the three factors of exercise behavior(P<0.01),among which the exercise intensity of leisure sports was the largest, followed by the duration of exercise and the frequency of exercise.Research Conclusions:1.Gender differences and grade differences have significant differences on the perceived behavioral control of college students’ leisure sports, among which, the perceived behavioral control of male students is greater than that of female students, and the perceived behavioral control of senior students is greater than that of freshmen and sophomores. The average values of the three levels of female students’ exercise behaviors are all below 3 points, which is at a low level.2.There is a positive correlation between college students’ attitude towards leisure sports, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm and behavioral intention.3.Perceived behavioral control of leisure sports and behavioral intention of leisure sports have a positive correlation with leisure sports behavior, and both have a very positive influence on the intensity, duration and frequency of exercise of leisure sports. |
