Since the reform of entrepreneurship education in 19999,the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education has become increasingly abundant in China. But those researches mainly focus on the education mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, the influence of entrepreneurship education system on university students' employment ability,or the influencing factors of college students'entrepreneurial willingness. There are few studies on whether students are willing to accept innovation and entrepreneurship education from the "student-oriented"perspective,and even fewer studies are related to innovation and entrepreneurship education based on the Theory of Planned Behavior.By taking Xiamen University of Technology as an example and using self-made questionnaire to survey undergraduate students who major in liberal arts, science and engineering, this paper, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, the Structural Equation Model and analysis and reference of previous research, selects effect variables of participation willingness, clarifies the logical relations between variables, and proposes research hypothesis to construct a theoretical model of this study. With the analysis method of the Structural Equation model, the model is tested and modified through the statistical software. Finally, the policy recommendations are put forward according to the research results.
