| In August 2017,the State Administration of Sports announced the pilot list of the first batch of sports and leisure characteristic towns.Three sports and leisure characteristic towns in Shaanxi Province were successfully shortlisted,including Baoji Jintai District Sports Leisure characteristic Town,Shangluo Zhushui County Yingpan Sports Leisure characteristic Town,Weinan Dali County Shayuan Sports Leisure characteristic Town,which undoubtedly played a basic supporting role in the construction of Shaanxi Province sports and leisure characteristic towns in the future.At present,the sports and leisure characteristic town of Shangluo City is in its infancy,there is not much experience in China to draw lessons from,and there are insufficient resources development,leisure sports items need to be improved,and propaganda is not enough.The related service vitality is not enough and so on.The research object of this paper is the leisure sports activities of Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports leisure characteristic town.The data are collected by the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and so on.This paper analyzes the development of leisure sports activities and tourists' participation in leisure sports activities in Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports and leisure town,probes into the practical problems existing in the construction of leisure sports activities in Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports leisure characteristic small town,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the research background,purpose and significance of this paper and literature review.The second part is the research object and method.The third part is to study the leisure sports activities of Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports and leisure characteristic small town.Through the general situation of Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai,the present situation of leisure sports activities,the present situation of tourists participating in leisure sports activities,the basic situation of staff,it is found that there are deficiencies in the development of leisure sports activities in Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports leisure characteristic small town,such as resource development,project setting and so on.In view of the shortcomings,the solution is put forward.The fourth part is the research conclusion and suggestion.The results of the survey show that: 1.Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai is convenient in transportation,rich in natural resources and rich in human resources,which provides conditions for the development and construction of leisure sports activities in small towns with sports and leisure characteristics.2.Through the investigation of the leisure sports activities already carried out in the small town,compared with the project planning of the small town,there is a certain gap between the leisure sports activities that have been implemented and the project planning of the small town,which needs to be further developed and improved.Through the statistics of tourists' participation in leisure sports activities,it is found that there are some problems in the leisure sports activities inZhongnan Mountain Village,such as insufficient development,low utilization rate and so on.Through the survey of the satisfaction of tourists participating in leisure sports activities,it is found that the tourists are satisfied with leisure sports activities.Customers are generally satisfied with sports facilities,sports and infrastructure,and are satisfied with the natural environment,price level and service attitude of employees.5.Through the investigation of the staff of leisure sports service in small towns,it is found that the staff members have lower academic qualifications,shorter working years and fewer training times.The professional knowledge,skills and related fields of leisure sports need to be improved.According to the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward: 1.Increase the investment of leisure sports,improve the environment of leisure sports activities,create a good leisure sports place,strengthen the maintenance of leisure sports facilities,keep up with the pace of the times,and gradually increase the motivation and enthusiasm of tourists to participate.2.The government and relevant departments should step up publicity,reasonably guide public sports consumption,and improve the quality of exercise by sending sports social instructors.Taking Xi'an,the provincial capital,as an opportunity,we should make use of the event to enhance the popularity of Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports and leisure characteristic town,and bring greater benefits to the town.4.Constantly enrich the smallThe matching of town infrastructure and the diversification of leisure sports activities can improve the relevant service level and better meet the needs of public leisure sports.To make rational use of resources,highlight the characteristics,so that the development of Yingpan Zhongnan shanzhai sports leisure characteristics town has a leading demonstration role.5.Strengthen the training of sports talents,cooperate with schools to train talents,strengthen the number and intensity of training. |
