| "2015-2016" China leisure development annual report pointed out that the rural residents in 12th Five-Year during the outdoor recreation,the corresponding increase in the proportion,but the proportion of leisure distance did not increase,more leisure is still confined to the nearby residence.Leisure sports is the main form of short distance leisure,not only can strengthen the body,cheerful mood,but also can improve the simple and gambling based leisure style.Leisure sports activities need to be based on the supply of leisure sports facilities.Because the rural residents of the mountainous area is less,the limited fund of government,public leisure sports facilities benefit limitation,it is difficult for the government to direct the full supply,while the original weak village collective after tax reform after its economic function further weakened and it is difficult to assume the supply at the same time,in order to improve the supply efficiency of rural residents,the mountains play an important role in.This paper from the perspective of rural residents based on the investigation data of Fujian Sanming,Longyan,part of the village of Nanping area based on rural residents in the mountainous area of Fujian to participate in the public leisure sports facilities construction financing willingness to do the research,it has important theoretical and practical significance.First,this paper explains the attribute of public products of public leisure sports facilities,according to governance theory analysis of rural residents to participate in public leisure sports facilities construction financing possibilities;according to the theory of planned behavior initially proposed the influence factors of rural residents’participation willingness into participation attitude,subjective norm and perceived control in three dimensions,and then further explain in fourth dimensions,namely the individual characteristics of rural residents.After that,we construct the theoretical model of the willingness of rural residents to participate in financing,and on the basis of previous studies,we put forward 15 hypotheses which belong to the four dimensions.Secondly,based on the survey data of three cities,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the supply,demand status and financing willingness of rural public recreational sports facilities.It is found that all the public leisure sports facilities in rural areas can not meet the needs of rural residents,mainly because of the lack of quantity,lack of facilities,lack of maintenance and so on.In addition,the current rural residents in mountain areas are not directly involved in the financing of rural public recreational sports facilities,and nearly half of the rural residents do not want to directly participate in financing.Then,funding will impact on rural residents’ participation factors logistic regression analysis,found on the willingness to participate in financing has a significant effect of the variables are 9:the necessity of cognition,construction of public leisure sports facilities for rural residents to participate in financing the trust degree,rural residents have opinions or suggestions to participate in financing channels,is published disgraceful behavior on the influence degree,the normal life of consumer spending is not financing,financing will not agree about others,rural residents suffer education,cognition,good situation of leisure sports activities in the village finance is open,trust degree to the village cadres,and to return to the explanation.Finally,the study summarizes the conclusions of this paper,according to the significant influencing factors of rural residents in the mountainous area of Fujian to participate in the public leisure sports facilities construction financing intention,put forward three suggestions to improve the rural residents’ participation in public leisure sports facilities construction financing intention from the five aspects of the needs of rural residents,rural residents,rural residents of the right to speak publicly and the village level,the village social trust system supervision mechanism. |
