Research On The Training Of Professional Farmers In Mountainous Areas Of Hunan Province

Professional farmers are the main body of China’s new type of agricultural production and management,and it is of great significance to strengthen the training of professional farmers with farmers’ personal accomplishment and professional quality,comprehensively promote the construction of new socialist countryside,and accelerate the development and industrialization of modern agriculture.Since 2012,under the guidance of the national strategy,Hunan province has achieved some results in the training of professional farmers.Hunan province territory area is about 66.62% mountainous,there are three main mountainous areas in hunan province: wuling mountain area,luoxiao mountain area and xuefeng mountain area.but the research on the training of professional farmers in the mountainous areas of hunan province is not in-depth enough and needs to be improved,which is not conducive to the development of agricultural industrialization in the mountainous areas of hunan province.This study takes baojing county,xinhua county,chaling county,guidong county,anhua county,and sangzhi county in the mountainous areas of hunan province as the object to carry out empirical analysis,the first-hand data of trained farmers in mountainous areas of hunan province were investigated on the spot,in order to clarify the training problems.Based on logistics regression model analysis of the vocational training will influence factors of farmers at its own cost,"age,education,health,the types of professional farmers’ training,culture time will,the hopes to get training results,the teaching content of satisfaction " and so on etc get the expected results and influence mechanism.based on the above research,this paper argues from establishing and perfecting the professional farmers training system,optimize the environment of training with the help of government power,set up the professional farmers training four aspects of consciousness,promote the development of mountainous area in hunan province professional farmers training for a long time,and provide reference for the rapid urbanization.
