Teachers’ professional happiness affects teachers’ in-service behavior and attitude,especially preschool teachers.The work of preschool teachers is trivial and meticulous,occupying most of the time of daily life.The professional well-being of preschool teachers also has an important impact on children’s daily life and physical and mental health development.Only happy teachers,in educational behavior will be full of enthusiasm and passion,can produce happy and happy children,in the tangible and invisible impact on children.Based on the previous research on the professional well-being of preschool teachers,this study collected the current situation of professional well-being of preschool teachers in Dezhou,county and rural areas,and analyzed the source and influencing factors of preschool teachers’ professional well-being by interview method.In order to make more clear the needs of the personal development of preschool teachers,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional happiness of preschool teachers,to provide a way of thinking for kindergarten to retain preschool teachers,and to strengthen the construction of preschool teachers.A total of 210 preschool teachers in urban,county,township and rural areas of Dezhou City were selected for questionnaire survey and analyzed using SPSS25.0.The main conclusions are as follows:The occupational well-being of preschool teachers in Dezhou is on the middle level;the occupational well-being of preschool teachers is significant in professional cognition,in-service effect,work attitude,garden environment,interpersonal relationship,physical health condition,salary treatment and employment motivation;There are subjective factors and objective factors influencing preschool teachers’ professional well-being.Subjective factors include professional cognition,personality difference,individual ability difference,self-value perception and achievement establishment of preschool teachers.Objective factors include the influence of kindergarten management mode,the imbalance between social expectation and social status,the uncoordinated workload and income,the long working time,the conflict of home education and harmonious interpersonal relationship.To promote the professional happiness of preschool teachers,we can start with the government,kindergarten,preschool teachers and parents.From the government,such as improving the income and social status of kindergarten teachers,increasing the opportunities for teachers’ professional development,concerned about the actual situation in different regions.From the garden,such as raising the threshold of kindergarten teachers,creating a learning team,creating a positive working atmosphere,realizing human-oriented management and so on.At the teacher level,lifelong learning,establish correct professional cognition,improve sense of achievement and self-values,maintain good health,regulate stress,etc.At the parent level,understand and cooperate with teachers,etc. |
