Under the background of the independent teacher,Internet+,he once worked in public schools and has the qualifications of teachers.He chose to take the initiative to leave the original job and pursue education independently for the purpose of chasing his own dreams or seeking higher income.Teachers of teaching work.The emergence of independent teachers as a new phenomenon of education is a product of social development and a response to the internal ecology of education.It provides a new educational resource for the society,and it also challenges the preservation of excellent teachers in public schools.At present,the education academia is still insufficiently concerned about the independent teachers,and related research is still scarce.This study takes the independent teachers' professional well-being as the research theme,and examines the independent teachers' understanding of professional happiness and the experience of professional happiness by case study.In the theoretical sense,this research can enhance the knowledge accumulation of independent teachers and enrich the theory of teacher professional development.In practical terms,it can help people to understand and understand independent teachers,promote the benign development of independent teachers in the education system,and then promote the diversification of teacher types,and at the same time reveal the professional happiness of independent teachers,and also be the teachers of public schools.Saving plays a certain inspiration and warning role.This study conducted a qualitative research method and selected an independent teacher T with typical characteristics and research needs.The researcher went to the field of T teacher's teaching and living to conduct field investigations,and obtained first-hand information through in-depth interviews,physical analysis,classroom observation,etc.,to suspend subjective opinions,and to analyze the way of local concepts to reveal the independent teachers T to the teacher profession.The understanding of happiness presents his professional happiness concept.Then,in the form of factor analysis,let the materials speak,and sort and classify the content in different dimensions in the interview data,from economic status,interpersonal relationship,time domination,professional autonomy and creation,professional development,social evaluation and achievement,and body.The seven dimensions of health truthfully reveal the experience of independent teachers T on professional happiness,that is,the current state of professional happiness of Teacher T.It is concluded that Teacher T's happiness concept is: teachers' true professional happiness is to get rid of dependence;not only can make money but also enjoy work,this is the professional happiness of teachers;the professional happiness of teachers is to constantly surpass themselves;the recognition of students is the teacher Professional happiness;the professional happiness of teachers lies in changing society.The status quo of happiness is: in terms of economic status,compared with the teachers in the system,the income is still satisfactory;in terms of interpersonal relationship,a group of like-minded people have been met,and social relations have also been broadened;in terms of time control,the students are removed from class.Outside of time,the rest of the time is my own;professional autonomy and creativity,my educational philosophy can be implemented in my classroom;professional development,read more books,more roads,and more Excellent people become friends;in terms of social evaluation and achievements,students and parents agree with me,happiness comes naturally;sometimes,physical and mental health,there is power,but this does not hinder my passion for life.Finally,conclusions and revelations are drawn.The conclusion is that higher economic income enhances T's professional well-being;independent and free practice is the key to T's professional happiness;self-examination,self-sufficiency,and unforgettable heart is Teacher T To obtain the support of professional happiness;to help students grow up by consciously helping students to grow up is the foundation of T's occupational happiness;social development provides external protection for the acquisition of professional happiness of T teacher,but it still needs improvement.Teacher T's success in the career of independent teachers and the acquisition of professional happiness are not universally advertised,but the investigation of T teacher's professional well-being and the conclusions of the research can give inspiration to relevant groups.Explain the enlightenment of the independent teacher group to serve the growth of the group,and the revelation of public schools and government is to provide a strategy for the preservation of superior teachers.The enlightenment to the independent teacher group is: listening to the inner voice,activating the value rationality;actively making progress,constantly improving personal professional strength;starting from multiple parties and constructing the interpersonal support system;the enlightenment to the public school is: establishing a correct concept of educating people,respecting The teacher's educational subject status and the creation of a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere;the enlightenment to the government is: to promote the reform of the education system,to ensure the implementation of quality education from the institutional level,to reduce the burden on teachers,and to support the
