| Education is a kind of activity to cultivate people and it is also a dynamic process that affects human development.Preschool education is a basic education,which is embodied in two aspects:one is the educational system and the other is the human development.From the perspective of the educational system,kindergarten education is the initial link;From the point of view of human development,it is the foundation of human development throughout his life.Thus,the importance of preschool education is self-evident.Therefore,as the pilot of preschool education,the occupational well-being of preschool teachers is not only closely related to the well-being of young children and the development of early childhood education,but also has a significant impact on the harmonious process of society.Although the government has strongly advocated educational reform and pays full attention to the education,kindergarten education is still a "short plate".According to a series of previous related studies,preschool teachers are a vulnerable group in basic education,and preschool teachers still do not own high occupational well-being.In order to understand the current situation of occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers,this study aims to conduct a questionnaire survey on kindergarten teachers in Suzhou Industrial Park on the basis of previous studies,and combined with the work experience of the author to truly show the kindergarten teachers ’feelings about the current situation.It provides an effective basis for exploring the relevant factors that affect the occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers,and tries to put forward relevant measures to improve the occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:overall,the current situation of professional well-being of kindergarten teachers in Suzhou Industrial Park is at a lower than average level;Most kindergarten teachers are not satisfied with their current payment and social status;The complexity of kindergarten work also has a certain impact on the well-being of kindergarten teachers.To improve the occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers,four parts should make their efforts:the first one is teacher,the second one is the kindergarten,the third one is the government,and the fourth one is the parents.The improvement of teachers’own professional quality,the efforts to improve education and teaching ability,the improvement of a reasonable compensation system and the appropriate government support will help to improve the occupational well-being of preschool teachers. |
