| Nowadays,China’s economy is in the transition from high speed growth to high quality development.Under the influence of the new corona virus epidemic in 2020,China’s economy has been greatly impacted,and the employment situation is facing a serious test and the employment pressure of college graduates is also increasing.Although the employment pressure can supervise and urge the graduate group to a certain extent,the employment pressure has a negative impact,and even miss their expected jobs.Therefore,how to intervene this pressure and alleviate its adverse effects has become an urgent problem.This study explored the internal relationship between employment pressure and social support,based on the social support system,to alleviate the employment pressure of graduates,so as to achieve the goal of smooth employment.On the basis of the Employment Stress Scale for College Students and the Social Support Scale,this paper made a questionnaire on the relationship between employment stress and social support,Using the method of simple random sampling,a questionnaire survey was carried out on 302 fresh graduates of Tibet University,and the reliability and validity of the obtained data were tested.On the basis of the ideal reliability and validity,this paper analyzed the employment pressure level,social support and the differences between groups of the graduates of Tibet University by using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and further discusses the relationship between the employment pressure and social support of college graduates.In view of the employment pressure and social support of the graduates of Tibet University,this paper put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government,employer,university,family and graduates themselves.Through analysis,the conclusions were as follows:(1)There were significant differences in demographic variables in the employment pressure of recent graduates of Tibet university: the employment pressure of girls was higher than that of boys;the employment pressure of undergraduate students was higher than that of master’s degree;the employment pressure of science and engineering was higher than that of literature and history;the employment pressure of Han was higher than that of Tibetans;the employment pressure of rural students was higher than that of towns.(2)There were significant differences in demographic variables in the social support received by recent graduates of Tibet University:master’s degree received higher social support than undergraduate;literature and history received higher social support than science and technology;Tibetans received higher social support than Han;urban students received higher social support than rural areas.(3)The employment pressure of recent graduates of Tibet University who participated in this survey is at the upper middle level,that is,the pressure of the graduates of Tibet University in the face of employment was stronger.(4)The social support received by the graduates of Tibet University in this survey was at a medium level,that is,the graduates of Tibet University have received general support from all walks of life.(5)There was a significant negative correlation between the employment pressure and social support of recent graduates of Tibet University,and there was a significant negative correlation between subjective support,objective support and the degree of utilization of support and employment pressure,that is,the more social support it received and the wider the scope,the less employment pressure it felt. |
