Research On The Relationship Of Fresh Graduated Students' Employment Pressure Endurance And Social Support In The City Of Chongqing

In recent years higher education of China has developed from the elite education to public education, the fresh graduated students'numbers has a sharp rise.They are facing the increasing pressure of employment,If fresh graduated students for job-huntings meet setbacks, they can produce stress, anxiety and inferior psychological problems. So how to alleviate employment pressure bringing fresh graduated students in physical damage, this is an urgent problem. Although the study of college students employment problem is more,it haven't found some body to stuty he relationship of fresh graduated students'employment pressure endurance and social support.We think, fresh graduated students'employment pressure psychological endurance is closely related with the social support. Good social support help the fresh graduated students to face employment pressure challenges,and adopt more positive coping strategies.Therefore, we choose the fresh graduated students of chongqing to study.It is helpful to improve the study of chongqing university graduates graduate of setbacks, cultivate their psychological quality, relativitily strengthen education and employment,and establish good social support system.Through this research, we found several conclusions following:(1) The questionnaire for employment pressure endurance and social support has a good reliability and validity, they can be used as a similar study in the measuring tool.(2) The average value of fresh graduated students' employment pressure endurance dimensions one by one order is:cognitive assessment> physiology reaction> will show> emotional reactions. (3) Different professionals of the fresh graduated students for employment pressure endurance have significant influences in cognitive assessment and will show. Different types of the university of the fresh graduated students for employment pressure endurance have significant influences in cognitive assessment and will show.Different households of the fresh graduated students for employment pressure endurance have significant influences in physiology reaction.Whether to be a singleton, the Fresh graduated students of employment pressure endurance have significant influences in emotional reaction.(4) The average value of fresh graduated students' social support one by one order is:material support> information support> spiritual support.(5)Different professionals of the fresh graduated students'social support have significant influences in information support. Different types of the university of the fresh graduated students for social support have significant influences in material support and spiritual support.Different economic statuses of the fresh graduated students for social support have significant influences in material support and information support.(6) Social support has an important effect on the fresh graduated students' employment pressure endurance. Three dimensions of social support and four dimensions of employment pressure endurance have a significant positive correlation.
