Social Support Study On University Graduates' Self-employment In Changsha

Since the western development in our country and the development of the central deployment of the strategy of megacities,as the capital of a powerful province of education in Hunan province in central cities,historical and cultural city of Changsha,many universities in the number of students is more,the entrepreneurial success of graduate occupies certain proportion,not the employment of college graduates also occupies certain proportion,the entrepreneurial success of college students' entrepreneurial social support of underemployed college graduates has certain guiding significance.The group of college students is not only an important talent resource,but also a major part of the era of creation."Internet +" the arrival of the era,is also for college students entrepreneurship has provided a broad space and stage,and platform for college students entrepreneurial ability put forward new and higher requirements.From sociological perspective,this paper deeply analyses the main characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship in Changsha city and the basic situation,studied the entrepreneurship of college students' social support in Changsha city.The social investigation method and case study method,this article research of Changsha region government,school,family,enterprise of the four main body in implementing policy entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education,the pioneering emotional support and technical guidance,and so on aspects to graduate to provide social support,in-depth analysis the role of a social support system in college students,Through the study of existing literature and the feedback of the combined research subjects,the entrepreneurship of college students the core concept of "social support" operations into four dimensions and twelve elements,namely 1.Government support includes policies to guide(industrial policy,government administration and policy),institutional guarantee(government funding support system,government regulation system)2.The school support mainly reflects in the entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial faculty,entrepreneurial awareness),alumni support both 3.Family support have emotional support,capital support two main factors;4.Enterprise support mainly consists of technical guidance and fund support.On this basis,the author describes and discusses the social support status of entrepreneurial students in various dimensions.The following conclusions are drawn:Collaboration is an important feature of college students' social support system forstarting a business.The Internet combined with the social network can effectively promote college students' entrepreneurship.The government-guided macro social support network can play a powerful role in the social support system for college students.This article also provides some useful suggestions and suggestions for building a better start-up social support system so as to promote the path of stabilizing the university students.
