Research On The Countermeasures Of Precise Help For Graduates With Difficulty In Obtaining Employment In Universities

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China.The introduction of national employment and entrepreneurship policy has greatly improved the employmen t situation of college graduates.The signing salary of fresh graduates is higher,and the quality of employment and satisfaction are also increased.However,with the continuous growth of the number of college graduates and the difference of individual students,the employment problem is still a major problem facing universities and society.In order to further improve the efficiency and quality of employment service management work,to further promote the college graduates,especially the smooth,satisfied with the employment of graduates employment difficulties,the author through the literature research,comparative research and case analysis,2017 graduate employment intention of region of the Yangtze university,employment direction unit properties,employment direction unit of industry,employment intention job category and employment intention monthly salary data analyses,it is concluded that the education,social,economic,family and their influence factors in the employment difficult graduate employment.And on the basis of this,several specific measures are proposed for graduates with difficulties in employment.Like improve the employment mechanism,accurately identify the target,accurately match the job market,classify and guide the job market,and provide all-round assistance and measures,etc to improve the efficiency of the work.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,including the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,the main research method and the innovation.The second part defines the relevant concepts and scopes,and puts forward three theoretical foundations of precise help.The third part is to analyze the employment intention of the 2017 graduates of Yangtze university,find out the problems and the reasons.The fourth part is based on the "five precision" to put forward the precise help and support measures for graduates with employment difficulties.In recent years,in order to promote the smooth employent of college graduates,schol ars from different Angle to the university employment difficult groups support measures are put forward,but mostly are general and measures were targeted.In this article,acco rding to the ministry of education office,graduate employment difficulty has carried on the preliminary definition,the cognizance of the graduates in employment difficulty program are summarized in detail,and according to different types of graduate employment difficulty corresponding support measures are put forward,as the employment difficulty of college students' employment problem research provides practical reference and provides reference for the employment work of ideas,for labor workers in colleges and universities,which provides the basis for government employment sectors to carry out the employment work,help difficult college students to achieve full employment.
