Research On Social Work Supporting For Graduating University Graduates In The Period Of Employment

The greatest people’s livelihood is employment.The reports in the 19th National People Conference had further pointed out to improve the quality of employment.It insist on the employment priority strategy and the positive employment policy,achieving higher quality and more full employment.However,the related dates show that the employment situation in China is not optimistic,especially the employment situation of college graduates.In the face of increasingly severe employment situation,university graduates’ chooses tend to diversified.Some university students choose"becoming self-employed","being graduate student at home or abroad","travelling","supporting teaching" and so on.Some university students are even unemployed at home and do not eager to find jobs.These university graduates become unemployed automatically.The unemployed people not only affect the problem of employment,but also face the economy pressure and life pressure,to some extent.Therefore,based on the perspective of social work to carry on the exploration of intervention,which has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper will analyse the present situation and forces of university graduates.It will provide any useful strategy as well.Then it make use of case interviews to carry out interview from the perspective of social work.It will apply the social system theory,social support theory and strength perspective theory etc to analyze and solve the current situation and problems of unemployed university students.In the action of case work,it will analyses the problems and requirements of unemployed university students by psycho-social treatment model,transactional.analysis and rational emotional therapy..On this basis,it will carry out the practical work in strict accordance with working process and make evaluation and reflection.The purpose of this study is to provide help and support to the unemployed and help them to living,psychological and employment supports in case work.
